“Decor is absolutely beautiful, even the bathrooms, the grounds are well kept. Lots of great scenery for photographers. The only negative comment is the road to get to it.”
“It is always a nice and educational experience everytime I go. You are guaranteed to have a fun filled time during your visit. This is the ideal place for a family outing. The employees are always friendly and helpful throughout my walk through of the museum. There is a train ride on a 1917 steam train that is a great experience for both children and adults. The cute country store located at the entrance has a nice selection of home decor, clothing, candy, toys etc as well as hand dipped ice cream, hot and cold coffees and pastries.”

The hour drive that we make (each way) is way is WELL WORTH IT! We have seen so much growth in her skill level this last year and look forward to watching her progress in the years following. “We stopped here overnight to get some rest. Tamesha was an absolute delight. My family was cold and tired and she made us some hot cocoa to take up to our room. We stopped on our way home to Florida from Nashville. In Nashville we stayed at an expensive hotel and this little Holiday Inn was more comfortable and the breakfast was an adding bonus. Give Tamesha a raise and a steak dinner. I’ve been in customer service for thirty years and she’s a star.”
