I can’t say ENOUGH about Trent Ray and Prince Honda. Buying a car is extremely stressful but Trent made me feel comfortable and took the headache out of the process. Trent Ray was absolutely awesome as a salesman. He worked with me for months ahead of time and kept me in the loop on inventory for what I was looking for. Once we were ready to buy, he walked us through until the very last step of the process. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. We have purchased back to back vehicles at Prince Honda and will definitely be back again to see Trent!

My boyfriend and I ended up coming to this dealership to get his car serviced. When we inquired about a courtesy vehicle to handle a few errands while we waited for his car to be service we were denied. A variety of grumpy old men told us it’s company policy not to allow vehicles to be provided to customers while waiting for their car unless they purchased it from this specific dealership. Disappointing experience and since we are in the military definitely unlikely we would be buying a car from this location. We were only in town dealing with an emergency . The Honda dealership in Maryland provides this service to all customers if you need a courtesy vehicle to execute missions while your car is being serviced. My boyfriend and I just needed to go to staples half of mile from this location. what’s the difference between them offering to take me to the store versus giving me a car to handle this service.I’m not sure given the customer service I witnessed if Honda is a brand I would be loyal to and he just purchased this car recently I think I will stick with only buying Chevy cars. I am also reaching out to the general manager in the region to show me the company policy. This is today May 8, 2020 9:37am and seems a little suspicious to me.

Most horrible experience! Brand new Honda! Bubbles in the tint, after two tries. Threatened by Donnie because a bad review by me, that he agreed was all true! Car was filthy on a 2020 NEW CAR. I see a lot of great comments on Trey. I wish I could have had a great experience. Where was Trey? I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau and HONDA again. I have about 10 more photos of Bubbles! They do not have a detail person or a tint person! It shows.
