They were not able to print the fuel receipt and when you call them and ask for it two days ago they're are saying that you have to come in person and get the receipt. So now I have to run 500 miles in order to get the fuel receipt. Amazing!

There's a pretty bad maintenance problem at this location. POS system is down often. The area where the food and drinks are just horribly dirty and look like they haven't been maintained or cleaned for a year. The bathrooms, idk where to start, it would be nice if the towel dispensers worked and are stocked along with working soap dispenser that has, you know, soap. Outside in the truck fueling area there's a problem with beggers coming up and asking for whatever they're asking for.
8/2/2024 update.. There's a leak from the cover over diesel pump 22 which is leaking rain water directly above both tanks. Plz fix the diesel pumps roof

Loud music in store shower door on shower does not stay closed while showering very limited staff long wait to get extra towel for shower and the showers are small so don't bend over in shower room or you may get violated by door handle not unless you in to that stuff !!!!

Zero stars...The staff is rude and all look like they hate their job...Bought $531.00 in fuel was told I couldn't get a shower with my receipt...I had to activate a new rewards card first...Did that and went to bed ...went in in the morning with my receipt and my new card and the receipt...The lady told me I didn't have a shower credit on my card and walked away...Had to pay $17.00 for a shower when I had a receipt for$531.00 of fuel that I purchased less than 24 hrs ago at this facility...This is why I only go to Loves....Their associates always greet you with a smile and say hello...The service at Loves is top notch...I feel appreciated for all I do when I walk through the door...

KEEP DRIVING!!!! I can’t believe how BAD the hot food was here.. if I were a trucker and I stopped to grab something quick, I’d be soooo mad.. the chicken sandwich and corn dogs tasted like they’re been cooked in 1997 and left under the heat lamp until today (2024). Don’t waste your time here, Loves is like two exits away.

The lady Tasha who works night shift is so rude doesn’t smile or welcome customers I needed help with the nacho she ignore me but the lady Mrs. Karen help me out yall need to fired that Tasha lady she’s a bad example of custom service this happen at 11:40pm

Good for a quick CAT scale, via mobile.
Unfortunately there was a loonnggg wait inside. Friendly cashiers though! Easy entrance/exit. Most fuel lanes are busy. Kinda trashy outside:/
