My experience at Labcorp was bad yesterday for the first time. The lady who tried to get my blood twice used a large needle and then proceeded to move it around. The second time was in the crook of my arm sideways. I went ouch and she said she had only just gone past the skin. I have never had anyone to put it in sideways and they probably won't try that again. An older lady tried the next time. I asked her to use a smaller needle and she did. She tried my other arm and wasn't successful. She didn't hurt. I asked her to try my hand and she got it. I have been going to them for years and this was the first bad experience.

Word of advice:If the location address changes please use a big enough sign so that it is recognized when people go to the old address. I was very disappointed with the fact that I had to ride around town trying to find the new location. Address not changed on Google or the requisition form.This business is usually very good. But this was very unprofessional.

If I could give LabCorp zero stars, I would. Apparently there is a new policy in place for anyone that has a past due balance, even if you are making payments to LabCorp, that if you have any sort of past due balance, they will refuse you service! It doesn’t matter if you are paying them, you have to set up a monthly plan through their corporation. I had the worst experience this morning, and the staff wasn’t any better. And I top of it all, they make you give them a copy of your credit card for future balances. ? I will pay another lab twice what I pay LabCorp to never have to deal with them ever again. Poor customer service.

The staff seemed very nice, knowledgeable and will to serve. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend Labcorp to all my friends and acquaintances.

Had some labs done here this morning very swift the nurse on duty that handled me was simply Superb; I love her character, truly amazing. If you have work to be done I recommend this location without reservation.

My husband and I used the Tifton lab for the first time today. We were cared for by a professional, warm and efficient lady. There was NO pain. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. As we left the office my husband said, "We'll come back here even though it is over an hour's drive."

Had blood work done here today. We were in and out in a flash. The lady who drew it was fantastic! She knew I was nervous and made sure I was ok during the whole drawing process! She made it as painless as possible! She stuck me and got it on the first try. Definitely will get all my lab work done here from now on.

They did not tell show or have a sign about their policys 1: you have 3 min to go .2: if you really really really have to go you have to wait a whole hour until they call you to the back even if you are the only one there and 3: you can't leave you must stay inside the building .not even to go to your car ir too get something to drink so you wont get your id back either untill you do go these so called policys need to be placed clearly posted in the building so others are warned because i was not at all which was unfair and horrible thought i was going to pee my self or barge in the back and break in to the bathroom or pee on the floor i was the only one there and had to wait a whole hour and i really really really had to go

I have blood test that have to be done every three months for the last 5 years and have used Labcorp for most of this time. They are well trained and friendly and quick. It's most important to me that I can not recall ever having "a miss" with needle to draw blood samples. Unlike other places where it's clear why there is a 2 stick rule it has only ever taken any employee one stick, ever! Other places like Affinity and the hospital they will poke and prod and bruise and blow out ur veins without hesitation, Labcorp employees have never had that prablem. They are Great and I Am so thankful for each of them.
