Had a terrible experience here. Was told my remote was partially fixed , it was not. Was charged any promised a discount if I ordered a new remote from them that day.
No discount and was told it was handled incorrectly and the total charge of over 594.00 would stand. Was refused to speak to the service manager by his assistant. Disputed the charge and because I could not prove anything I was told was stuck with the bill. Beware!

Had bad battery, and they sent a wrecker to get my vehicle and replaced the battery. Of course, under warranty and no wrecker fee. Nice

So much appreciate the amazing service and consideration I got from Jonell and Shane at Jeff Fender Service in Tifton, GA. Our car broke down and I 75 and was towed into your awesome dealership. I got an honest evaluation of what the problem was and you guys were kind enough to tell me that I was best off taking it back to the dealership where it would be under warranty, as it would have been significant cost to fix it. Thank you for your honesty and integrity,,, it is rare these days but great to see, It is nice to know that the Fender staff put people first. I would highly recommend these guys as there integrity and kindness and professionalism went a long way with me. It is raare to see people genuinely put the best interest of their customers first, but it is obviously standard procedure at Jeff Fender Service. I am so grateful to all of you and thank you again Jonell and Shane being so helpful in treating us so kindly. Jeff Fender Service gets my highest recommendation! Jack Levine

Puts extended warranty in contract without even asking on used car tells you that its good to have was a waste of money they should ask before putting extras in also wants to charge outrageous high price for repairs and don't even explain price of labor r parts I went some where else and got car fixed for reasonable price this place is a rip off supervisor wont even call me back to explain why they r so high in prices would not recommend this place for repairs r buying a vehicle go to d and e for repairs it would also be nice to get my 128 dollars back I paid for them to look at my car was a waste too since I wouldn't pay 1572 for brakes and a hose to get fixed ridiculous

This story starts with me making an appointment because my car was not blowing heat out of my heater and the car was running a little hot, their diagnosis was the expansion value. I talked to the Mechanic and asked how it would prevent hot air not being blown out, He said the actuator may not be working correctly because of it, I agreed to the repair. My family waited a long time to buy the perfect vehicle for us. We finally drove 3 hours to this location to pick it up and purchase. While during the sale , everyone was super friendly , we get the vehicle home and it has multiple problems. The entire engine is messed up on it. We have owned it less than two months and it has been in the shop most of the time. Costing our family a lot of money. We have two small kids and this has been a huge hit with time and expenses . I contacted them twice after we got it home trying to figure out what to do with no response. It is so hard for me to comprehend someone doing this.
