Service manager would not talk with me or my husband after things did not go as expected !!!!
Extremely disappointed with the service we received. I drove from Valdosta to have my car fixed. I called the morning of my appt to make sure they had all the parts. They told me they did. About an hour into appt the and informed me they didn’t have one part. They gave me a loaner car to drive home and reaked of cigarettes. I do not smoke. And I suffer with horrible allergies. Of course this burned my throat and nose and set my allergies off ! It also had ants in it. Biggest thing I’m upset about is the manager of the service department would not call me or my husband back !
This is the only time I took my car back there. I did buy my car from them four years ago. It’s also the last time. And I will not buy another vehicle from them either !!!

While on vacation we were stranded on the highway, and had the car towed to Griffin Ford in Tifton. The service we received there was excellent! The service advisor was very professional and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't say enough good things about Griffin Ford and their service department. Thanks to them our layover in Tifton Georgia was a wonderful experience.

We recently bought a f250, transaction was easy but our loan paper work was messed up…. Had to pay for a key to the brackets in the truck bed… that should of been free because it was part of the truck… let that slide then Drove the truck 300 miles and the brakes started making noise… come to find out the front brakes were wore out… called the dealer ship wanted us to bring the truck in and cost me morning just to look at the truck… if the service shop missed the front brakes wore out on the inspection what kind of service would they do replacing the brakes… called the manager and he never called me back… will not purchase from them again… kind of expected them to have better service than ford town Albany. But I guess not

Appointment time recorded wrong and not honored. $95 for an oil change is a major ripoff. I ask that the automatic locking feature be removed from my vehicle - they refused. I have twice been locked out of my vehicle.

Very friendly and helpful staff,the salesman Harvey, was helpful with all details.very pleasant atmosphere for a dealership.my wife and I enjoyed the visit and purchase.we love our ford maverick.

I had a warranty repair done this week. Kevin,Jody great as always and the young lady out front at pull through. I’m ashamed that I didn’t get her name. She was terrific at getting me in and keeping me updated on the process. She’s a great addition to the team.

We had a fantastic experience at Griffin Ford. They were so kind and worked hard to get us back on the road after a breakdown on our way to a family vacation. They also assisted us with making sure we knew where to stay for the night. They worked quickly to get us back on the road and we were able to enjoy our vacation.

While on vacation, returning from visiting family in Ohio, we stopped at a rest area north of Tifton, Georgia, and noticed something hanging down under my car. Since we had a hotel reservation in Tifton, Georgia I checked to see if there was a Ford Dealer in town.
That's when I discovered Griffin Ford Lincoln. I pulled into their service area and was greeted by a group of very friendly and helpful service department personnel. I explained what I had seen and they invited me to have a seat in their customer waiting room while they resolved my issue. NO usual service write up and get my name stuff, just a very helpful attitude.
I sat and talked with my wife about what an awesome customer focused dealership this was. I noticed my ring camera was active and watched my car driven to the service area where my problem was quickly fixed. It was a fastener that held up the shield that had loosened and fallen off that was replaced and I was ready to go.
I watched as the service technician also stopped to refill my windshield washer fluid as the warning light had been on. My car was returned and we were on our way.
Griffin Ford Lincoln demonstrated to us that they are clearly focused on providing an awesome experience, no matter how small it might be. We were just a couple passing through on our way home and encountered a problem that was concerning to us. Not only did Griffin Ford Lincoln correct the defect, but did not charge me for the time required to get me back on the road.
It is truly rare to find an auto dealer that is this focused on customer care and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Griffin Ford Lincoln to anyone seeking a Ford Lincoln dealer for any reason. Thank you to an amazing service department that resolved my problem in a way that reflects well on this dealership.

Took my vehicle to the dealership to get one thing repaired, and left with severe leakage from my water pump. Three minutes after leaving the dealership, I was on the side of the road with an overheated engine. I never had these issues until then. I had to pay for my truck to be towed to a repair shop to get damages fixed. Also, their customer service sucked. I called several times to check up on my truck and couldn’t reach anyone. I had to pop up at the dealership to receive updates. Worse experience ever!

Brought a truck to service department to just get it checked to see if there was anything wrong with it left it for 2 hour the day before they never touched it when I got back they had an hour before leaving said they could do it really quick I told them I would come back the next day if that would be better. Made an appointment for 1 got there on time and the supposed hour look over has now turned into an almost 4 hour ordeal. From 1- close I sat there.
