our purchase at this dealership was awesome. However after the sale is horrible. We have traded the vehicle in at another dealership near us and have been trying to get our gap insurance and premium service plan canceled to get the refund back. But to no avail all those that were so willing to help with sale disappear after it is complete. i have left messages several time For Answar the finance manager with no return call. This is totally unacceptable as well as unprofessional. I am not going to give up on this and would like a response.

If you are looking to get a new vehicle, go see Faith Hudson at Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We honestly were just riding up there to look and get everything in order to get a new vehicle, but we ended up driving our 2021 Ford Edge off the lot.
