***DRIVERS BEWARE***
This place will SCAM you out of your money... PERIOD!!! Had a fuel rail sensor replaced, 2 different mechanics told me it was ready to go, AFTER it was test driven, but the dark haired rude woman in the office tried telling me the truck was not done and needed more "tests" and that the truck wouldn't be ready for 4 more days. Not a single mechanic could tell me what tests the office lady insisted needed to be done.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
***The mechanics get 5 stars for keeping it real tho!!!

Lazy front desk associate. Wouldn't search for a 5" muffler clamp. Tried to sell me flexpipe with clamps. Would not even search. And computer diagram showed it individually... bad service -4 stars mire like it...

Team 41 had a DEF issue like most desiel semi 's due occasionally and our company had us go to **** Star Freightliner's which got fix and back on the road in 7hrs on a Friday. Great people with outstanding service. Thanks **** Star Freightliner.

Had many positive and helpful interactions with other businesses here in Tifton but this one left a very sour impression. The negative reviews regarding this business all revolve around one individual...Jenna. I can see why after my experience here. I asked them for help getting my motorhome ready for a long journey home. Paid them good money to perform an assessment for which they claimed it needed new air compressor and all new air lines and needed a bent wheel replaced. Wanted 5k to do the work. Turns out it was only a broken fitting on the air dryer and the wheel cover was only thing wrong with the wheel. Jenna refused to allow me to speak with the technician who was working on my vehicle which is unacceptable. The work they did was good, but the customer service is lacking big time. Overall I wish I had taken it somewhere else.

We were broken down @ exit 82 near Tifton GA and I called the shop and requested they're mobile service come and diagnose the isssue.Got a hold of Kenneth who told us we were next in line after he completed two other jobs, this was about 13:45 and he showed up about 2hrs later. Kenneth was very friendly, and knowledgable and had the problem diagnoised within 30 minutes or less.The AC compressor had seized and the belt had broken, after he cut the belt off he suggested we go back across under I 75 and get a spot at Carrol's Sausage and Country store.Thanfully the coach engine was cold and I made a mad dash to site 11 and there we stayed until about 15:45 the next day when he came back with the parts and completed the repair excluding hooking the lines back to the compessor.We then were able to get home to Ocala where we have to get the AC lines purged and reconnected and recharged.Great service , very expensive !Fourstar Freightliner saved our bacon !Thanks Kenneth !

July 24/23 I had the opportunity to experience the great customer service at the Tifton, GA location. Despite being very busy they were able to get my truck into the shop and diagnosed within a couple of hours. They dealt with the warranty company and received approval for the repair. The parts were in stock and the truck was ready by the end of the next day. They provide shuttle service to a hotel. The service desk personnel were very knowledgeable and polite. The most important thing is that they guarantee their work. Everyone makes mistakes, but to own up to it and correct it is critical. The mechanic missed putting a connection together and when I was only a couple of hours north the truck shutdown and had to be towed to another Freightliner dealership. When 4 Star was told about this, without hesitation they covered all costs of the second repair, including the tow. This is outstanding customer service and I highly recommend doing business with this dealership.

DRIVERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! They overcharge for everything, & will waste your time!!! They sent us the quote for the “work” that needed to be done. Most of it was warranty work so they found other ways to overcharge. Once my leasing company looked at the charges, they had them drop $1k of it down. Because they were bs charges. By the end of this whole thing they found other ways to drive the cost not only the $1k they were told to drop it but well over that!!! As other customers have said, all they do is run a million regens to get the codes off. They ran so many on mine that they ran my truck out of gas! Spent 3 days here for things they could’ve done in 1 day easily. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Brittney was really nice, & helpful. Jenna is rude, & I honestly don’t think she likes minorities. I definitely saw the difference in treatment when I was there. Would NEVER come back here again!!!! Would rather tow my truck 100 miles away!

The Employees here at the Tifton location are some of the best people.I have run across in my pushing 40 years in the industry. Very knowledgeable and a sheer joy to interact with but, BOY HOWDY. Their computer system is possibly the SLOWEST I have encountered as well. That however is a Corporate issue. This would not be a accurate review if I were not to point this out.
