Amazing food, amazing service! I can't day enough about the quality and attention to customer service

Unfortunately, we are not happy with the company. The portions are small. We are a small family of 3 and it was too much food for 6 months. We live in the Northeast, so too far to do white glove delivery service. The food does not last past 5-6 months as it started to turn moldy. It’s fine if you order the right amount of food and live in the South. Also, our freezer was delivered by a third party and they did not speak English when delivering. Our food arrived by FedEx, somewhat thawed for a delivery. Freezer was too much money, could’ve got it way cheaper at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Agree with the other review- save yourself some money and buy your food and freezer local. ?

Horrible experience. We signed in with Blue Ribbon/Ellsworth Foods under the impression they would be delivering the food and stocking our freezer. That never happened. Freezer was delivered by a third party, not installed, just delivered. Food arrived via ups in boxes with dry ice. By the time we got home the boxes were starting to disintegrate. Some of the meats were not sealed properly and resulted in spoilage. Fast forward to June and our freezer stopped working. We lost everything even our own food we had stored Carrie snottily responded “we don’t guarantee personal food” that sounds to us like you don’t guarantee the freezer like you claim to. Took 3 months for our replacement order. Majority of it was missing. It was also delivered while I was hospitalized and no one was home to take delivery. After we were told by Trey it would be sent with signature confirmation. We have paid for the freezer and food IN FULL and we’ve been able to utilize maybe $300 worth of food yet spent far more time and money cleaning the messes this entire situation has caused. Save yourself the hassle, purchase a freezer from Lowe’s or Home Depot and make your grocery purchases locally.

Great experience every time I order! Reordering is easy and the level of service by the delivery driver is always impeccable. The food is always excellent quality and I love the minimal yet freezer burn preventing packaging. We've been customers for almost three years now. This company offers high convenience paired with high quality!

Ellsworth foods has exception customer service and taste. From the moment I first reached out to the delivery i was so impressed. The quality of the meat and vegetables is amazing. Definitely the best decision I've made when it comes to food that I bring into my home.
