Unfortunately the customer service at this location is lacking in care about the customer. The last few times I shopped there and even ordered online it felt as if my patronage was an interruption. It's fine. There are many other stores in the area to shop from.

On 3/23/24 at about 6pm heading back to Indy from Orlando, my Dodge went bonkers on I75. Was able to limp it to this store and asked the guy behind the counter to check the codes for the flashing check engine. He quickly was able to diagnose the malfunction and not only was able to quickly sell me the right parts, but loaned me every tool I needed to quickly get back upon the road. What I was certain would cost me a layover in town and hundreds of dollars to repair cost me only about 60 bucks and I was up and running in no time. These guys were perfect examples of what customer service should look like everywhere!!!!

Today, 03/23/2024 the 2 gentlemen working were great! Very friendly and helpful! We broke down on the way home from vacation, and they helped us in every way they could! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! We are now back on the road!!!

Came to ask for help with looking at a code and young man could not leave the desk because he was the only person up front. Call someone up to help. Duh! Nope didn’t want to help or move from that position . It’s 9:45am. Who only has 1 person there at that time? WTH

Wonderful customer service. Employees were helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They offer military discounts. You can go to their websites to find and purchase items online and then go to the store to pick up your purchased products. The pick-up process is easy-to-use and fast. You can opt to receive text updates in order to learn if the item(s) you purchased online are ready for pick-up. This store also provides many items "wanted" but is not needed that will upgrade the beauty and performance of your vehicles.
