“The exceptional characteristics of the service department puts this establishment second to none. I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! I spoke with tech Chase Hill personally and I was consistently reassured and provided copious amounts of valuable information saving me a lot of headaches in the future. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for a good, honest department that truly does go above and beyond or their customers. The humble responses he gave regarding his fellow employees and leadership made it all the more pleasant. Feels good to be back behind the wheel again and thankful to have a safe and reliable truck again. My 7 year old got upset our “new friends” didn’t get invited to Asahi with the grandparents. I think she hit the nail on the head because they take care of you far more than any generic establishment would. To sum it up, this business doesn’t treat you like a number, money pit, or ATM. They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!”

“While on vacation we were stranded on the highway, and had the car towed to Griffin Ford in Tifton. The service we received there was excellent! The service advisor was very professional and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't say enough good things about Griffin Ford and their service department. Thanks to them our layover in Tifton Georgia was a wonderful experience.”

“On 3/23/24 at about 6pm heading back to Indy from Orlando, my Dodge went bonkers on I75. Was able to limp it to this store and asked the guy behind the counter to check the codes for the flashing check engine. He quickly was able to diagnose the malfunction and not only was able to quickly sell me the right parts, but loaned me every tool I needed to quickly get back upon the road. What I was certain would cost me a layover in town and hundreds of dollars to repair cost me only about 60 bucks and I was up and running in no time. These guys were perfect examples of what customer service should look like everywhere!!!!”

“Huge shout out of appreciation to the night crew working on Sunday June 2nd at like 7:45 pm. They were so helpful! I travel for work and I thought I had a bad spark plug so I pulled up at the store and not only did they make sure I was OK, but they got in touch with a mobile mechanic to come out and help me! They even stayed just to make sure I’d be able to leave safely. Thank you so much! It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! If the staff that was working sees this, please be sure to tell the mobile mechanic thank you again for me! He was really awesome! Great store, great team!”

“We had a transmission code light come on on our way to Seattle Wa late in the day. We didn't have time to fool around waiting. Jeorge in service had Javier the transmission tech look at it, and said he could have us up and running by 11:00 am the next morning. By God they had us up and running by 10:30 am, and told us it was warranty work. Great work guys, and we won't hesitate to bring our truck to you again.”

“It's the first time in Tifton I've had a pleasant experience having my oil changed. I drive a Fiat 500 standard transmission under the hood is quite small. In the past I've heard cussing throwing of tools and general disrespect for my car.

“Had a small repair job when someone backed into us. Tenneson Collision was the top recommended body shop from our insurance agent and now we know why. They were ready for us when we arrived and did great work. When I picked up our car, it had also been washed and the interior was cleaned, which was an added touch. Hopefully we won't need to visit again anytime soon, but we will recommend these folks for sure!”
