I will never get a another vehicle from them again. The ladies at the actual Tifton office are very friendly but the credit company that manages payments are not as nice. I have been making payments since I got my truck and have always made them, but after talking to the lady at the company while trying to make a payment arrangement, she just blatantly told me no. Like, no understanding or anything!! Just , I can give you until tomorrow and that's it. The worst people ever

I had a Honda pilot from here for 2 years. We got behind on the payments and tried making arrangements with them on catching up. They wouldn’t work with us and took the vehicle when we were visiting my parents. We take full responsibility for our part in getting behind on the payments but this all could have been avoided if they could have worked with us. We almost all all of it to get caught up. It’s just sad that it got ripped out from under us. Now we’re without a car. Mind you we moved from Georgia to Ohio. I called trying to work things out and they wouldn’t answer anything we asked and told us we’d have to drive clear to Georgia to pick the car back up. It’s just a big mess all around. I hope someone has a different experience than the one we had

This has been the worst car experience ever they will not work with you, they have bad customer service, and they will literally push you to the point because they don’t communicate within their branch. I will NEVER get another car from Auto Mart after my lease is up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU’RE A SINGLE MOTHER OR SOMEONE THAT BE IN BETWEEN JOBS OR JUST YOU KNOW YOU CAN’T PAY IT JUST DON’T COME HERE. Because most car dealerships understand and they work with you well this one DON’T. The customer service the cars they lease out or you can buy if you have the money are not even worth it. AT ALL HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

if you're thinking of buying a vehicle from this company then don't! They don't report to the credit bureau and they lie! I was told a few months ago that I could pay my truck off at the time I owed about 5,000 and Dana the finance manager or whatever she is told me that if I gave her three $3,000 I could have the title because most of the remaining balance was interest. so I goes to pay it off and she tells me that the interest was paid at the beginning of the purchase and that I have to completely pay off the rest of the truck which was a complete lie. I don't like to do business with people that lie to me especially when I make payments on time every month. I encourage you all to find another car lot to purchase from. they do not handle business well at all. I made my first and last purchase with this dealership.

WORSE CAR DEALERSHIP IVE EVER CAME ACROSS !!! We put a $4,000 down payment for a car only for it to be a LEMON !!!! transmission went out the first few months and they had no interest in fixing the issue at all their exact words were “once you buy the car and sign papers it’s out of our hands “ just nasty ! And bad customer service !!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anybody !!!!!! Now our car broke down transmission is completely out within the first few months of having it ! A waste of $4,000 and payments of $495 a month smh …. It’ll all catch up to them one day tho because you don’t do people like that and expect good to come out of it ! But just be aware before purchasing guys !

Customer service is awful!! They prices are high when everything is finally. They do not care about their customers at all!! And they are connected with Aaron’s auto in Douglas which makes all final decisions and you can’t speak to the owner with any issues !!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! SCAMMERS! Sold me a car that literally blew up on me while I was driving it, only a month after I got it. I called Auto Mart to get assistance with the vehicle weeks before it blew up and they pretty much told me it's my car and I'm on my own. Now they are receiving a FULL check from my insurance company and I'm left out to dry. They DO NOT care about their customers and WILL ONLY look after themselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO MART. If you won’t a car don’t go at auto Mart in Tifton Georgia or Douglas Georgia they are a joke an sell unsafe cars an try to take more money than ur car payment..my car was wrecked when I purchased it from them and and wasn’t informed about it I have a bent frame and I can’t keep tires on it and my ball joints were messed up on the car also but I have to make a whole Down plus my car back
