The crew at Marine Max Savannah were fantastic...Leo, Robbie, Nicole and George. Leo coordinated the replacement of our transducer for a depth finder. Robbie installed the transducer. George ordered the part, and Nicole made our docking arrangements. Everything worked perfectly and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I can not say enough good things about them. Dan is the head of service and as they say “Dan is the man!!” They had some supply chain supply issues during the pandemic like every other service center and dealer but that seems to be close to 100% resolved now. They treat you like family there!!

Worst place ever. I would give it a negative rating. They sold me a used 195S with a blown engine on top of that. They sold me a warranty on a boat that had a factory warranty. Then tried to claim that it wasn’t under warranty and I would have to pay upwards of $10,000 to replace the motor, I finally got Yamaha involved and took it to a dealer in Charleston. Where it was warranted and replaced liars and manipulators. The boat was broken since the day I bought it. Scum

We purchased a used Sea Ray 350 SLX from Chet Porter early last summer. Chet was extremely helpful in the process .. .from the knowledge/history of the boat, to sharing all the functionality during the sea trial to the delivery. Jack Smith also supported us through the full purchase process to make the efforts easy on our end. We could not have asked for better support and service. We look forward to enjoying the boat for many years to come!

They accepted my boat on consignment then three weeks later, after hounding them, they let me know they decided not to sell it... When were they going to tell me? I'm sure they're a great place to buy from but I warn you do not attempt to sell your sub $20k boat here. VERY ANGRY!

I live in pembroke, ga and I call about a water pump repair kit for a 1998 mercury 9.9. The parts desk assured me that they have the right part in stock when I call. I drive here and they hand me a water pump kit for a different model. I had the guy look it up by serial number both times. He tells me when I get there after an hour drive one way that he looked it up wrong and I’m sorry and that there’s nothing he can do. Old men shouldn’t run a parts desk if he can read or hear the numbers in front of him.

Greg Davis and Marine Max/Hall Marine worked hard to make the buying experience enjoyable for us. Greg was friendly and patient throughout the process of selecting the right boat, purchase, and delivery. We never felt pressured or pushed in any way. Greg was always happy and available to answer any question we have ever had. He checked on us for weeks after delivery, just to make sure everything was going okay and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend Marine Max and Greg Davis to anyone in the market for a boat.
