Change your hours to closed from 2-3 am....who ever is in restroom must be taking a shower. Like 3 different days this week I've tried to come on my way home from workI even called to check on them, I was patient to wait like 10 mins incase they were pooping......no one answered. I called 3 times and almost called ems....Annoying. ?

At 1:50AM 3/31/24 y'all have the worst employee running y'all store at this hour. I need a job like that where I can be on my phone and not stock the trays for y'all roller bar. I ask if they had more trays for the hotdogs he pointed where they were. The 1 tray they had, had ketchup in it. He shrugged his shoulders and I ask for a Styrofoam plate he told me no I couldn't get a plate. I knew I should have went to Parker's where customer service matters. I should have left the unpaid tainted food where it was at and went up the street. No wonder they have a 2.4 rating. Should have looked at this before I spent my money. Last time they get my money.

I wouldn't recommend getting scratch offs there. Their machine took my money twice and was told that I would get a call back but never did. 50 gone.

Went in the around 4am this morning to get a coffee, had a sign up saying that the store would reopen at 4:30 am. That's understandable. However, saw the employee sitting behind the counter and then they STARTED cleaning the store around 4:30. Had to end up leaving around 5:15am to get to work (still wasn't open). Saw multiple other people standing by the door after 4:30 waiting to be let in as well. Why even put up a sign saying the store reopens at a certain time when there was no intention of it opening at that time anyway when you're one of the few 24hr stores around?

I stop in this store several times a week. Many times to grab a bite to eat. This store never has the roller grill items available. Today I stop in at 11:45 and there is a total of 5 hot dogs on the grill and none were ready. I think I will just go to Parker's from now on.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The GM that is at this location is very very rude. Every time I’ve visited, she’s complaining & speaking negatively about her employees. The only time she’s not fussing is when she’s eating. I believe her name is Marquita.

This place went downhill terribly. Especially the service. The women that work in there are unprofessional, and talk mess about my husband whom THEY DO NOT KNOW every time he walks in to buy what he needs and leaves. He doesn't go there causing problems, he's not unkempt and dirty. He just minds his own business, buys his items and leaves. They have a ratchet mentality.

I used to think highly of this place the location, design even the customer service initially but when my wife informed me of the way she spoke of by the employees it became a disappointment and I definitely understand what she means considering we don't know anyone and I just come in pay for gas maybe buy a drink and leave looks aren't everything

Surprisingly good customer service here this evening. LaTonya and her manager on duty were kind, helpful, and you can tell that they actually care about the customer experience. Usually, when I leave Enmarkets and Parker’s, I leave feeling frustrated and annoyed because the employees treat the customers like a nuisances. I could give many examples, but today I just want to recognize the two ladies that made my day so much better. Let all the employees know that LaTonya’s a perfect example of how to make the world a better place one transaction at a time. ???
