I sent Culver my rug for cleaning in early January. It's a thick pile maybe an inch or so. I have a cat and her nails, fur and other various debris such as things tracked in from outside got stuck in the fibers so I decided to get professional help. Upon it's return this morning the rug smells fresh and looks ok at first glance but on closer inspection I can still see debris stuck in the fibers. I'm pretty disappointed in the service quality and called them to learn more details about the process they use and what can be done to clean debris from my rug. Was told they wash, vacuum and hang or lay flat to dry. They asked me to send it back to redo their process at no charge but I really don't see how that will help if it didn't work the first time. There are things stuck in the fibers and a vacuum just won't do the job that's why I sent it to be cleaned professionally! If I were operating a cleaning service I'd thoroughly clean the rug before I sent it back to a paying customer. The price is decent but don't expect much more care from Culver than a standard wash and vacuum. If you have a rug with things stuck in the fiber beyond what a vacuum can handle then Culver won't be able to get the job done.

Culver Rug has a wide variety of services. I have had my wood floors replaced in entire house. They are beautiful. My Oriental rugs are stunning. They stay nice because Culver also provides rug cleaning.

I had my rug cleaned my Culver Rug Company on Bonaventure and I am overly pleased with the professionalism and work quality....they picked my rug up and returned it in a timely manner....my rug look like new...thank you!!!!

I had a great experience selecting and purchasing carpeting from the Culver Rug Company. (March, 2022) They were low key, professional and knowledgeable. A large discount retailer was recommended but I do not know enough too question what service can be found in those places. I appreciate the "home town" feel. Compliments also on the quality of the installation. They were on time, careful and finished when I was told they would be. Water damage was found and we were shown the area for photos.
