Excellent service, I love having canine babies for years, I love the service and the good treatment we received when entering and leaving there, although it would also help if someone spoke Spanish, it would be 10 out of 10 ♥️

The back of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. There's one lady in the front of the office, however, who is just straight up rude. She won't even look up when she's dealing with clients. Oh my goodness, please don't need to ask her a question. You will be left feeling like you just asked the dumbest question ever and it's going to be a real burden for her to answer you back. I hate having to take my uncle's dog there just because I know she's going to be behind that counter. She is the only reason I went down 2 stars while rating. Without her this is a 5 star place.

Since the new owner/ vet has taken over the place has gone to %$#^. Even though she was a vet there before taking over the business the service is bad. I boarded my 6 cats and 2 ferrets there for a quick trip to visit family for the holidays. When picking my pets up and arriving home I discovered that one of my cats had her front paws bloody and her nails had been damaged and pulled out. I notified the vet to only be blown off. No one knew anything. Dr Marley, the owner and vet, has shown no compassion for animals anymore. Needless they will never see my pets again.

Dr Marlee Rodgers, her vet techs & desk staff made me & my baby feel welcome. I appreciated that.You can feel that they truly care about your fur baby. Definitely recommend! Keep being great Dr Marlee & staff!

I had an emergency with my yorkie. She had visible puncture marks and scrapes. I rushed her to Wester Vet in Thomson because they were the only one open. The lady vet there had just taken over that day. They shaved her fur in spots to see the wounds and did an x-ray. They did provide pain medicine and antibiotics for her as well as a $40 bottle of concentrated flea spray for the yard at my request. When I got up to the counter and got the bill I almost had a heart attack! It was over $900!!! So close to a K that I just handed her that and got maybe $20-30 back in change. I was flabbergasted. Yes it was almost 11 at night. Yes, it was an emergency case but dang!!! I've never had to pay that much when my other dog had a surgery and had to stay for a week at another clinic. Long story short, they missed a puncture wound and it abscessed but my baby is fine now and I will NEVER take another animal there.
