Let me tell you about this transmission repair shop I found - brought my truck in there with some serious transmission issues, and they handled it like pros. From the get-go, they were upfront and honest about what needed to be done and how much it was gonna cost.
The transmission feels smooth as butter now, like it's brand new!

Extremely unprofessional, even the father. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will keep your deposit, have your car for a month, NOT DO ANYTHING TO IT, threaten you and your grandmother, and tell you to take them to small claims if you got a problem with it. They can't do their job I don't understand why they're even still running.

This is a very unprofessional shop. Had my vehicle there for two months and nothing was fixed or replaced. Never got a refund and still have to pay more money out of pocket for another shop to fix my transmission! Matthew is a scammer and a liar don’t take your vehicle here!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I dropped my truck off to have my transmission rebuilt in early November, I got it back in a week. Not even two weeks after that, my truck broke down with the same transmission problem that I dropped it off to Matthew for beforehand. I got my truck towed back there to be rebuilt AGAIN under warranty on December 4th. Since then it has been nothing but unprofessional business. I never got updated on what was up with the truck, he kept claiming it’d be ready day after day after day, which slowly turned into weeks and soon two months had went by and my truck still wasn’t done yet. Finally went up there and just had my truck towed away without a refund and i’m still having to pay another shop to fix what Matthew couldn’t. Terrible business and terrible communication just all around an unprofessional business. i’ll never be coming here again and hope nobody else does. Reporting this business to the BBB and will be personally suing Matthew and his company!

So had transmission done about 5 months ago. It had an issue about month after. Matt went above and beyond to figure out the problem. Which he did. He is only shop I know that will stand behind his warranty. I won't go to anyone else ever Thank you Walker transmission.
