“I recently had a transmission problem with my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I stopped at Jacks BP for an A/C repair, and when the mechanic was driving my truck around to be worked on, he called me over and told me that I had an significant transmission problem. They referred me to Tommy Boys transmission repair there in Thomasville, so that's where I took it. I'm a handicapped veteran and use a wheel chair to get around, and they were very kind and accommodating to my limitations.
When they put my truck on the lift they pointed out that my U-joint was barely still holding together and they replaced it. The transmission problem was addressed and repaired, with the truck running better than it had in years. I am grateful for their amazing skills to repair my truck, however the Most impressive part of this encounter was the kindness shown to me, but also their integrity and honesty concerning their repairing of my truck. I had never owned a vehicle that had a transmission problem, so I was totally at their mercy to fix this problem for me. I would highly recommend them for any transmission repairs that you may encounter. They were very fair with their pricing as well.”
“A trustworthy shop is a valuable resource, and you can trust Jacks. My girlfriend needed a plug in her tire while out on her her lunch break and they fixed her up so efficiently she made it back to work in time. They also helped her secure a used part to repair her window crank for a small repair, and a Jack's mechanic drove a mobility-limited coworker's car to her workplace after repairing it, and then walked back to the garage. Today I needed help getting air in some tires I mounted myself, and they stopped what they were doing to help me out, then didn't charge me. They are good people!”
