Friendly and knowledgeable sales team! Not pushy at all. Listened to what I had to say. Thomasville Toyota didn’t have what I was looking for on their lot the Saturday that I was ready to buy. They didn’t try to push me to buy something else…they actually went out and found exactly what I was looking for, in the color I wanted, with all the features I wanted. And then they went and picked it up (from another state) and had it ready to go, with a full tank of gas, by noon the following Monday!! They also had the best price in the area! I could not have asked for a better experience!! Their service dept has gone above and beyond for me on 2 separate occasions as well! Thomasville Toyota has earned a loyal customer here!

Had a great experience at Thomasville Toyota. Justin, our Service Advisor, was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and communicated in a timely manner. Even though we decided not to complete the repair there, I would certainly recommend this establishment. Great service!

The level of carelessness that this dealership has is quite concerning. On one occasion, one of my lug nuts was not completely attached causing it fall off and roll around inside of my tire. On another occasion, my car was left there for a service and when I returned to retrieve the vehicle, all of my documents and anything else in my glove compartment was scattered throughout my front seats (they didn’t even have care enough to put them back in the glove compartment). On the most recent occasion, my last free service was used to for a “tire rotation” however, I experienced wobbling after the service. The car was then took to Mavis Tires where they told me I needed a tire rotation despite already having one done by Thomasville Toyota. These are some small tasks that have been neglected, and I recommend visiting at your own risk.

It is good that I walked facing the front of my car after servicing. As. I approached, it appeared that my hood was not fully closed. It wasn’t; so I closed it, then got into my car. I called back and reported this to VJ Scott.
We discussed what might have happened had I driven with a partially closed hood. V J indicted that he would report the incident to his manager.

I was looking at Toyota sedan this weekend and to had the pleasure of meeting Anthony in the lot.
He was very helpful and attentive and found to he cars I was looking for.
