If I could give no stars I would! The service department is awful, will not call you back, leaves you hanging on a recall/warranty enhancement for over 2 years (repeated calls made by me only to be told they would call me when my replacement part came in) and then when you get fed up waiting and call them they then tell you that your are not eligible because your title was a salvage title (unbeknownst to me---bought car from a n individual). Now, when I first took my car in and they looked at everything no one ever told me I was not eligible or the title was a salvage title. Matter of fact, they called me 30 days after I originally went in with my notice and said they had the replacement part and were ready to replace mine. Get over there and it's brown instead of black. So they were going to replace it that day had the brown one been the one I needed. I will NEVER dart the doors of this Toyota dealership and I've pretty well made my mind up I will never own another Toyota. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced with a auto dealership!

Worst customer service ever! Between getting advice from the title lady to actually purchasing my vehicle from Tony D. Every-time i contact this company all i get are people that are rude and they should seriously be fired. Customer service is everything. If you don't take pride in your job and what you do why even do it at all.

Lee Graham, the General Manager, is a scammer. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership.
