Worst communication, took almost 3 months to get our car back, and it still doesn’t work.
Our Excursion’s engine was stalling. They first thought it might be one part and replaced it and tested it for 20 miles and found out that wasn’t it, so they said we needed a new computer. That part of the communication was good. But then over the course of several weeks we experienced almost zero communication. We’d call and ask for an update, we’d be sent to voicemail and leave a message, but no one would call us back. This would repeatedly happened several days in a row. Twice my family and I just showed up to ask them in person for updates since they wouldn’t call us back. It was nearly three months before we got our car back, and the check engine light came on on the way home from Ford, and our car was still stalling. They clearly didn’t test the new computer for 20 miles like they did the other part they first installed. Such a waste of time and money.
