Very poor experiences these days with Walmart, their unfriendly staff, and the very delayed pickup service. I ordered my groceries 8 hours early from when I want to pick them up (4-5pm) and drove 45 minutes to get there. Pulled in at 4:15, THEN notifies me of 2 hour delay after making my order way ahead of time and already checking in. Groceries delivered to my car at 6:15.. Meanwhile the women who checked me in, piddled around to the end of her shift (short staff supposedly) an hour after I arrive, as I watched her get in her car and leave, I get my groceries an hour after that. Long rant but Walmart won't be receiving any more of my family's money.. Pure filth

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Well of coarse Walmart isn't necessarily known for there costumer service but it's not ok to leave someone waiting for 50 minutes. I was trying to get somebody to assist me in the sporting good section and had to walk back and forth to the checkout and back to the sporting goods around six times over the course of 50 minutes. Not good!

The manager of the Thomasville store needs to be fired. I have been in lots of their stores, but this is the worst. No need to tell anyone way, just walk in the store and look around. The employees are mostly stand around joking with each other. The whole grocery department is the worst in the U.S. I will drive another 4 miles to shop at Publix for my groceries.

Employees throighout this store and the one on Mahan (probably all of them) on their phones constantly. On a 20 minute visit i saw over 10 playing on their phones, some were trying to hide it while others did not give a damn. This lack of professionalism is a turnoff. This says a lot about management.

Worst Walmart I have ever shopped in in my life I have visited just about every Walmart up and down the east coast and this is the worst one I had to give it a one-star because that's the lowest they had in my opinion they don't deserve not even one star the employees are rude incompetent and lazy they do not stock their merchandise they have been out of a certain item for over a month the way this store handles itself is unacceptable for customer service and the quality of the merchandise is just as bad I bought a blueberry parfait with vanilla yogurt and granola in those little cups I swear I had 1/4 of yogurt now this is in 8.5 oz cup 1/4 filled with yogurt the blueberries were going bad most of them were bad and they give you more granola than anything else I have read a lot of reviews about this store and 90% of those reviews are negative and I'm willing to bet that the positive reviews were written by employees themselves I have been going to this particular Walmart for over 1 year now and I have had literally one good experience in all that time and I go just about everyday or every other day only because it's the closest to me but now I have just had it with this place and I am willing to drive a half an hour to go to the other Walmart in Cairo Georgia because I shopped there once and it was totally opposite of the Walmart in Thomasville something needs to be done about the employees in the store or whoever is running it or the entire store itself in my opinion and I have worked customer service for over 30 years in my opinion everybody needs to be fired and they need to start over. If not close it down. Waste of space.

This Walmart is one of the worst I have ever shopped. It is poorly stocked and the pick up service is a joke. I have waited over an hour past my scheduled time on more than one occasion, and still had to wait for 30 minutes or more for my order to be brought out to me. It would be quicker to go in and get the items your self.

Thomasville Walmart employees are the rudest I have seen I was in ther e today with my 87 year old father he stood at the deli counter for 5 minutes and could not get help when someone finally walked by she very rudely told him she was busy unacceptable she needs to be fired
