I ordered the wrong size mattress.. I needed a California King vs a King... luckily I hadn't opened the box!! I called Steve he ordered the Cal King graciously!! His response was immediately!! He delivered twice from Thomasville to Quitman for the exchange!! Great customer service!!

Mattress by Appointment stands by their word, l was happy to purchase from them, l purchased a mattress from them and had a small issue after a couple of months they immediately came out and recognized the problem at once and replaced it without any questions. They stand by their products and word, . I'm very pleased to recommend them.

I can’t recommend Mattress by Appointment enough. I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Steve. He was very, very knowledeable about each style of mattress and made great suggestions for the best match for me. They are afforadable and great quality. If you are looking for a new mattress THIS Is the place to go!! My appointment was at 10:45 and I already have my new mattress at 12:15!! Steve is the best!!!
