Always have some type of issues with Mavis. I don't see a purpose to making an appointment. They don't honor the appointment time. Been waiting over an hour for a tire rotation that comes with a new set of tires. Once they put the wrong tires on my vehicle.

I had a 9am appointment. As I checked in I was told they have a few 9am appointments. It took over an hour before they even touched my vehicle. When I ask why is it taking so long the reply is we don’t have a tire guy today and one of the people working is off today just came in to work on his own vehicle. This is unacceptable. Why have appointments if you are operating like a walk-in establishment. It’s beyond words to describe the feel of being taken advantage of and wasting time just sitting and knowing you are unable to effect change right now. Do better Mavis do better!!

Came and got 2 new tires in November, and they were amazing. They were very prompt, and very respectful. While here today before driving an hour to make sure they had the tires they said an hour wait. 5 people working, 3 cars have been worked on and mine 2 and a half hours later is just getting done. The other 2 have been gone for an hour. While they could take a card over the phone in November they can't today. Also have lots of pictures if people just sitting around while my car is just in the air. Very unsatisfied with the service today. Employees vaping, walking all over the store, eating not working. It's been horrible definitely this will be the last $500 spend here.

Went twice to try and get an alignment on my truck the first time I asked for a tire rotation also and a leaking tire patched. When I picked my truck up the first time they told me they did the alignment and tire rotation but was only going to charge me for the patch on my tire. I was confused but went with it only to learn nothing was done I went back a few weeks later when I had another chance to get it done and asked for the same thing they called me and refused to do an alignment because there was various “problems” with my front end preventing them from completing an alignment. They then gave me a several thousand dollar estimate on how much it would cost. I just had my entire front end rebuilt on my truck which is the whole purpose of me needing an alignment. None the less I took it to another reputable shop ( this shop does not possess an alignment machine) for a second opinion and they could not find anything wrong with my suspension or front end. Won’t be going back to Mavis for anything that’s for certain.

Mavis tire in Thomasville Ga needs to be closed.The service is not good.They said just a couple of hours and it turned into 6 hours. All the employees just watching t.v. and vaping they are rude.Want be going back.It should have where u can put zero stars

I had a brake problem on my truck and couldn't get in until 5:30pm but they got me fixed up and out the door before 8. Good service and price wasn't bad.
