Not at all impressed. Found a vehicle they advertised on a 3rd party site for $1500. Tried to call the dealership to get info as their website only said “call” for price. Couldn’t get thru, some phone issue so I used the text feature of their website. Took them an excessive amount of time to respond. When I asked them about her car I specifically included both the price and stock number. When they gave me the out the door price, the car was now $3500. When I sent them the ad they placed they said “sorry for the misunderstanding”. There was no misunderstanding- either they made a mistake or they intentionally advertised the wrong price to draw folks in. Either way the entire exchange left a bad taste. Obviously I did not buy from them.

I desperately needed a vehicle upgrade but I was really reluctant to go in because I just had a bad feeling I wouldn’t walk away with the vehicle I wanted. I had a Nissan Rogue that I bought in 2020. So I had a really cheap car payment. At first I wasn’t able to get in my new vehicle because of my Nissan Rogue but Tim Burke and the guy who runs the numbers got me into my new Honda Pilot which I absolutely love! If it wasn’t for Tim, I would be stuck with a vehicle that was a nightmare & the loan company ripping me off each day as my vehicle would loose value each passing day. If you’re in a bad situation & need a vehicle please reach out to Tim Burke and the guy who runs the numbers. I love my new Honda Pilot & now my kids can ride in a vehicle that is going to be much safer and less crowded.

Mr. Cooper Owen was amazing! He attended to us as soon as we pulled up on the lot, all the way up to the time we left the lot. Mr. Owen was extremely patient, humble, and really catered to our interests. Then to make our buying experience even more enjoyable Mr. Sam handled the paperwork flawlessly and made sure everything was in order so the loan could go through. Last but not least, Mr. John the Sales Manager, checked on us throughout the whole experience to make sure we were happy, even on our way out the door. One of our best car buying experiences!
