So I had not been on yelp in forever and saw my last update was removed from this place. No surprise. Basically what I said in my last update was that I got news that my bad review of the place was being requested to be taken down by somebody affiliated with the business. As you see it was. Not sure how many follow yelp anymore. I don't as much. Anyway, my friend Jennifer and her husband also had a similar experience at this place. They were very rude to them and very condescending. They walked out without buying also. I did post the comments that the sales manager's wife made to me on the prior update via facebook. Any car business that gets as mad as these people did when I tried to compare prices to them should not be trusted. My friend Doug and I were nice to them and even shook their hands on the way out the door, til we got stopped, insulted and lectured for not buying. Like that was going to bring me back to buy lol. Furthermore, they paid more attention to me afterwards when I left a bad review, then they paid when I was trying to buy. I think that explains all you need to know. With exception to the salesman who was actually very nice and explained the truck in detail, everybody else was rude and very unpresentable. As much as I didn't want to, I even deleted comments left on the fb review which incriminated them even more. I should have left them up. One guy even admitted that there is nothing wrong with bait and switch ideas and we were guilty for not buying. Sorry, but $200 for my car was a joke. I could have got $500 for it at Giordano's Scrap yard alone, after stripping it down just a little. The other dealership I had been in contact with did uphold their end of the bargain so I got my truck there. Flowers could have done the same or simply said "Thanks for stopping by, sorry it didn't work out and hope to see you soon". That would have been COOL and I might have left 3 maybe 4 stars. Instead all we got was a lecture from the sales manager and sales team. The manager was also very unpresentable. He was loud, obnoxious and even had what appeared to be coffee stains on his shirt. Reminded me of a guy that would be spraying the shoes in a bowling alley and not someone you are about to invest $40k in. He was they guy who demanded (up in my face like a tough guy) I return with my money I get from my car. His wife giving me a hard time on fb shows they would rather try to bully or belittle people who criticize them. She also failed to explain how I "lied" about my car and what I lied about. I would not have drove 16 hours to this place if I knew they were going to be like this. She also appeared to just be a slob. I had just buried my mother before all this. She had an 11 year fight with cancer and spent her last 6 or 7 months here with me. I did not need this from them. I just wanted to take a road trip and see if they had anything to offer for the car I bought 14 years ago at this same place (dif name then). Turned out to be a VERY BAD idea and will never enter that building again. I did report all this to corporate and got a $750 credit because of this experience. I dont know who these people think they are but hopefully they got better people working here now. All through college I worked in retail and customer service and was taught to never talk to or treat customers like this. If we did, we would have been fired on the spot. Thankful for my friends at Vineland Nissan and the new ones I made at Jenkins Nissan. Vineland Nissan (Alice) was the one who told me to leave for sure and not buy. Though I appreciated her advice, it wasn't a hard choice to make. So much for a fun idea after a very sad time in my family. smh

disgusting dealership. unprofessional, terrible customer service. felt like we were in the 80's while the salesperson "got some more information" from me so they can "better save me time".

Service is horrible They can not keep people and they are very shady in their dealings in the service department. They threatened to cancel my warranty when I did not want a service I requested a price on

Terrible customer service after the sale!!! We bought a brand new Nissan Rogue from this place and it will be the last we buy from Flowers Nissan. Computer module shorted out at 12,000 miles and less than a year old and was stranded beside the road at about 1:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Called Flowers Nissan three times and never could get any help. Called Tenneson Nissan in Tifton Georgia and they immediately took care of the situation and had the car towed in. They offered a courteous car to drive while they had our car in the shop and we didn't even buy it there. In a little over 24 hours the car was repaired and ready for delivery!

I had to replace my Tacoma and decided to shop Nissan as well as Toyota. I went to Flowers and ended up going ahead and buying from Drew Richards. It was the best and most enjoyable purchase I have ever made. I never made it to the Toyota dealer . I would highly recommend buying a car or truck from Drew.

Try honoring an appt when customers come to get an oil change, waiting 2 hours is unacceptable. You lost my business.
