Worse experience!! Can’t speak for all the salesman, but Devan was not friendly at all!! From the jump it seem like he was getting an attitude. He barely wanted to answer any questions we had about the car just was ready to sell. Was so adamant about me signing some papers and wasn’t really trying to give me the chance to ask questions and think things over. When asked a question he would get smart with us. Sounded like he didn’t know too much about the car to begin with…probably just concerned about getting his commission. I felt like he thought I was just gone sign something and not ask any questions. He was very impatient. Never dealt with someone like that at a car dealership and I’m wondering how is he even working there, very unprofessional. I’ll never step foot on that lot again…he ruined that.

I have been bringing my 2016 Honda Pilot to this dealership for oil changes since I purchased it new. Around 30,000 miles, the transmission began to skip during acceleration. I mentioned it at the next oil change, and was told it was normal for this vehicle. I asked again at nearly every oil change, as it kept getting worse. The service personnel reiterated that this was normal for this vehicle and nothing to worry about. I continued to have oil changes done and the regular maintenance needed according to the owners manual. The maintenance I had done with a trustworthy mechanic since the dealership kept recommending things ahead of time and they couldn't explain why when I pointed out that the owners manual had a different schedule. Today (Dec 2021), I took it in for a recall service, and I mentioned the transmission issue again. Now, suddenly, there is a fix for it that was apparently issued in 2017. It would have been covered under warranty then, and the first several times I mentioned the issue, but of course now it is not. Along with all of the extra maintenance that was recommended but can't be explained, the week-long or longer wait for an oil change appointment, this is the last straw. I do not believe the service department at this dealership can be trusted and I will not return.

Just wanna say I had the greatest customer service with Ollie he was a awesome sales person and he did not miss a beat every time I text with him and ask questions about the vehicle that I was interested in he did not hesitate to get me the information for the vehicle and he went over and beyond what awesome customer service Ollie had and also the stuff was very friendly

Beware when making an appointment here, because apparently appointments mean nothing and are totally arbitrary. This place will screw you by selling the car you have made an appointment to see out from underneath you. If it's first come first served why not say so?? At least before we drive 4 HOURS to see this car, while calling multiple times to confirm the appointment and getting verbal confirmation from the manager. Apparently none of that matters at all and this business

They advertised a car, we called about it. They said it was available. We drove almost 30 miles when they called and said it was sold already and the other salesperson didn't know it. They then proceeded to tell us about a "better" deal. We continued our journey. The salesperson was very courteous and kind and not pushy. That was a major PLUS! The car was in great condition, after the rest drive, my dad was convinced that this was the car. When they were filling out the paperwork, there were more fees that were not stated in the beginning. They actually wanted to charge almost $700 for a DOC fee - for a used car! My dad was so frustrated that we had driven an hour and a half and wasn't told the full truth. He literally ended the deal and walked out. That was a long way to drive and a lot of time wasted and they could've mentioned this added "fee" over the phone. We were not happy...

Flowers Honda was once a great dealership. The dealership has changed and the service department is clueless. My 2017 Honda Accord is making a noise that is very annoying and we were told the first time that the sound was normal. It has continued and my car has been with them for a week and they still don't have a clue. I don't have the same confidence in the dealership as I once had.

Went to ask about a used truck I saw, the sales associate came out like he wanted to sell something but when I approached I had to pull any conversion from him, he told me that truck didn't pass the safety inspection, then I asked what do you have in the way of used trucks? He shrugged and said, $20,000-30,000. I said thanks, you're very helpful and left.
