Went and test drove a car, brought my car the next day to trade in. Got in contact with the bank at 8 AM but was then informed the car was “pending sale” at 4pm and that it was no longer available.. very very unprofessional and will NEVER do business with them

I will NEVER business with them! test drove a car and told the salesman we would like to trade my car in, sent him pictures and was given the price and was told to bring my car in person the next day. so next day at 8am I was at the dealer. salesman said everything looked good and he would get in contact with the bank. I called my bank as well and was told all they needed was a bill of sale. 2 hours later I'm informed the car is "pending sale" I checked back with dealer at 12 to find out the status of the vehicle and was hung up on and then when I tried to call back 3 times there was no answer. finally at 4pm the salesman let's us know theyve sold it. very very unprofessional. waste of everyones time and energy.. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Great, fast service. I took my Cadillac in for an oil change and was out in about 30 minutes. I was also given a free car wash ticket to complete my service.

My experience with this car dealership was terrible. I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from them. I had it 3 days. I hadn’t put over 200 miles on it. Coming home from work the passenger side front wheel came off. This was on July 15. God was looking out for me. My speed was 45 MPH. I was in the right hand lane. I was able to get to the side of the road. I called the dealership immediately. After I called a tow truck. They said they would take care of everything. Tow bill was $175.00. I text them the bill. Still hasn’t been covered. It is June the 15th now. The truck has had the mechanical done. It is sitting at a body shop now. Been there one week with nothing done. This dealership doesn’t call you back. After they sell you a vehicle, they don’t care. I feel lucky that I wasn’t going 70MPH. Because the truck would have flipped and someone else or myself could have been badly injured or died. This dealership has not offered a rental. So after paying them $25,000.00 for a vehicle. I’m now making payments on a truck I don’t have. I’m having to bum a ride to and from work. I hear other people writing about a customer survey. I didn’t get one of those. I feel like I’m being forced to file complaints with Consumer protection Division at the Georgia Department of Law. I’ll be spending my whole day today fishing for anywhere else I can file complaints to about this dealership. With pictures.

My wife and I had the most enjoyable experience at Spence Chevrolet-Buick-GMX-Cadillac.Seriously, this company treated us like family. We had leased a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox from another dealership. We decided to take advantage of our Lease Purchase Buyout option. After moving to Northeast Florida we were in need of a new dealership to work with. After much research, we decided to contact the Spence dealership in Thomasville, Georgia. We started with Philip Park in the sales department. Talk about a professional. Philip lead us through the process by explaining every available option. We then had the privilege to work with William Stanfield in the finance department. Once again, a true professional and made the final portion of our transaction effortless and provided us with the best possible opportunity to secure an excellent loan rate and available extended warranty that we were able to tailor to our own personal needs.We can't say enough positive things about this organization. I made an appointment to get a water leak fixed in my brand new truck. The girl on the phone made me an appointment for Saturday, so I made the drive from Tallahassee that Saturday morning. I arrived at the service area and told the one man sitting at desk inside I had an appointment. I explained the problem that was going on and he said "uh I don't know why they made you an appointment because I don't have anyone in the shop on Saturdays to even look at that". The way he said it was really rude and he basically just blew me off without any sort of apology. This dealership should probably get everyone on the same page in terms of what departments are available on what days.
