I needed my piano tuned right away and was concerned about having to wait a while to get it serviced, but Craig accommodated me, coming out the very next day, and did a fantastic job! He was thorough and precise, and tuned it beautfully. I would definitely recommend him!

Craig Bloch knows his way around pianos. We relied on his skills tuning before events at Florida Folk Festival in White Springs, Florida. I miss the great music and musicians of North Florida and South Georgia, and Craig is one who knows piano tech.

Drove to where I was, never canceled an appointment, kept good correspondence with me, was very friendly, good conversationalist, didn't take forever in fixing and replacing parts on my piano. Although it can be costly to restore an aged piano, I found the price reasonable. I would trust him with my 1920 Starr Upright again.
