“This crew is awesome. My family and I were visiting Southern Georgia from over a thousand miles away and we went to head home Friday night and my duramax went into limp mode and through some codes. I tried everything I could think of to get back on the road. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do so I heard about this shop and called to leave a voicemail on Saturday. They called me back Monday morning soon as they opened and had my truck diagnosed and in the shop immediately. On top of that, I had no way back to the location I was staying at so the owner personally gave me a ride back and by 330 the truck was finished. Great shop, great customer service and affordable.”

“I recently had a transmission problem with my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I stopped at Jacks BP for an A/C repair, and when the mechanic was driving my truck around to be worked on, he called me over and told me that I had an significant transmission problem. They referred me to Tommy Boys transmission repair there in Thomasville, so that's where I took it. I'm a handicapped veteran and use a wheel chair to get around, and they were very kind and accommodating to my limitations.
When they put my truck on the lift they pointed out that my U-joint was barely still holding together and they replaced it. The transmission problem was addressed and repaired, with the truck running better than it had in years. I am grateful for their amazing skills to repair my truck, however the Most impressive part of this encounter was the kindness shown to me, but also their integrity and honesty concerning their repairing of my truck. I had never owned a vehicle that had a transmission problem, so I was totally at their mercy to fix this problem for me. I would highly recommend them for any transmission repairs that you may encounter. They were very fair with their pricing as well.”

“We used Professional Affordable a couple years ago when we were having major issues with my mothers van. This shop was fast and reasonable getting it fixed for us. This past week we were in Fort Myers, FL fishing and my check engine light came on and the traction control went off and no cruise control and when I would stop and put gas in it, the car would not crank without me putting my foot to the floor and pumping the gas pedal. We took it to Autozone and they scanned it and it popped a code for MAF sensor so we put a new one on drove it for nearly 150 miles with no issue and then the lights came back on again and the cruise stopped working again. Went back to autozone and they scanned it again-popped up the MAF code again and 2 codes in ref to the evap system. It drove fine only acted up when you stopped to put gas in it so I looked up Professional Affordable to talk about bringing it in on Sunday as we were headed back home. Robert answered me quickly and assured me that they vehicle would make it home and it did!! I dropped it off at his shop last night after 630 pm and he called me this morning before lunch to tell me it needed a new purge valve. By 12pm he had it fixed and I was paying him over the phone. He is a very nice man who I felt went above and beyond to help me and reassure me and was very reasonable on the financial side. I know this is long but I was extremely stressed out and it was good to be able to talk to a reputable mechanic and have them tell me it was ok to drive it home. Thank you Robert!”
