My girlfriend and I have been with Verizon a very long time. Just over a year ago, we made the switch to AT&T. Recently, we visited our local AT&T Store in Thomasville, GA. Ramon was our rep. He greeted us promptly as soon as we walked in the door. His knowledge and professionalism was unmatched. We are so glad we made the switch to AT&T!!! Thanks Ramon!

Josh was the most rude representative at AT&T. His customer service stinks..Took my phone back on Tuesday spoke with Ollie. He looked at my phone didn’t resolve The issue. Had to bring it right back then Ollie took time to look at it. Hopefully it’s fixed. If not he said bring it back so this will be my 4th time going back to the AT&T place. Experience bad service both days AT&T please get some good representers thanks

All employees were eager to help me solve my cell issues while transfering from a different brand to AT&T.Two weeks later I had an issue getting my older Toyota to recognize my new AT&T cell. Manager Mike resolved the error in my car radio. Now I can listen to books through the radio.Truly the store employees personify the work ethic of "Get er Done!"
