Ms. Teddi made my purchase experience the best. She was so knowledgeable and extremely nice. Wow, no words can explain how wonderful she made me feel. Everyone was great, but Ms. Teddi is untouchable. Thank you Teddi for everything.

Save your money and time very bad cars . I had an 2010 infinity ex35 got last year In January 8 months later I had to buy a new computer , Cadillac converter , tune up etc. spent over 3000 out my own pocket 6 months later the fuel pump went out took it back to the dealership to get it fixed payed $500 for that now it’s not running again and they told me in order for my car to be fixed I had to make a payment which I did and it still ended up not being fixed because the cost is expensive. Wanted to trade my car in for something else and they told me I still had to pay $600 down on another car . Due to my circumstances. Never go here they are a COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!! no warranty on the cars either and I see why. CROOKS!!!!

This is most unprofessional place I have ever had dealings with. My car broke down on in mid-July as I continued to make payments. I contacted the dealership to explain my situation in hopes that they would be compassionate. I was told by April that someone will come out to my home and pick up the vehicle to make the necessary repairs. The car sat outside my home until August 1st when the dealership finally decided to come pick it up. Mind you this is weeks after I first contacted them. At this point I was unable to get to work. I also asked the dealership if they would supply a temporary courtesy vehicle until they completed the repairs on my vehicle so that I could continue to work to ensure my payments would still be made. I was told that the dealership does not make this request. August 1st upon returning home from work I discovered that the dealership had came and picked up my car. I continued to make contact with the dealership regarding repair status on my vehicle weekly every time I called to speak with someone I continuous told lies about the repairs on my vehicle. I was told it would be taken to the repair shop on August 31,2022. Mind you I was told numerous times the 31st would be the date the car would be taken in for repairs. Upon called today I was told that it would be an additional three weeks before my car is even looked at to complete any repairs. Buyer beware stay away from this place at all cost. Save yourself the headache and money.

Kristen, April, & William were all so helpful. I felt comfortable with them throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. Some of the last good people left in the automotive sales industry. I witnessed John, Teddy, William and April go out of their way to provide over and above service that most all other car sales teams would do. Their inventory is always changing so they have a wide variety of vehicles. If you see one you like, you had better act fast!

On September 29, 2020, I purchased a 2009 Ford F-150 from this company. The sale representative was a subject identified as "April". I paid a down payment of $800 dollars and was told that the original down payment which was $1800 Dollars had been reduced to $1300 Dollars. The company stated that I could make two monthly pick up payments of $250 Dollars along with a bi -weekly car payment. After this contract was signed the owner "john" came in and stated that he did not agree to this. I was then told that I would have to pay an additional $1000 Dollars in pick up payments over the course of four weeks. After expressing my dis-turn for the companies management issues and contract issues I agreed to purchase the vehicle. The representative apologized profusely and stated she felt horrible about how this was handled.On October 5th, 2020, the vehicle began driving rough and I took it to a mechanic. I was told that the vehicle had two bad coil packs and all the park plugs needed to be replaced. The mechanic also advised me that none of the coil packs on the right side of the engine where attached with bolts. He also told me that one coil pack on the left side of the engine was attached with a decking screw. The mechanic further told me that he noticed oil blowing up on the spark plus which he believed was an issues with the head gasket in the truck but he was unsure without further inspection. I was charged $438 Dollars to have the vehicle fixed.After this contacted William Orr with this company and advised him of the issues. I advised him due to this unexpected issue with the truck and they fact that it had a mechanical break down less than 6 days after purchase I asked if the pick up payments for the vehicle could be reduced to $250 dollars every two weeks. I was advised by William Orr that this would be okay. I also spoke with the owner "john" who agreed to knowing and making the arraignment and I made an additional payment on the vehicle. I advised John about the issues with the truck and he stated that he mechanics had not worked or inspected the vehicle before it was sold.On October 28, 2020, I went to Southern Auto Source to make a payment. I spoke with John about the issue with the truck and the arraignment we had made. John became upset and I was advised by "john" that even though he knew about the arraignment he had made now I could either pay him $982 Dollars or he would collect the vehicle. Due to this companies poor handling of business I returned vehicle to them today. Upon returning the vehicle I spoke with a mechanic with Southern Auto Source who stated he knew the company was not inspecting vehicles and he was not allowed to touch some cars but the ones he did work on he wasn't allowed to "do much to them".It is in my opinion that this company sells vehicles with high down payments while clearly knowing the vehicle has mechanical issues that makes them not fit for sell or the road. It appears the company does this because they know in fact that the vehicle will be return, they can keep the down payment and resell the vehicle while scamming the customer. All photographs of the known issues with the vehicle found by the mechanic where taken for documentation purposes.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Walked in at 4pm walked out by 5:30pm with a Benz. Teddy was super friendly as well as the other staff. Love love love my experience with them❤❤??
