I am not one to normally write a review on a business do to the fact that all places have bad days but I bought a set of tires from them about 8 months ago I was told that those tires had a road hazard warranty I paid extra for it but when I got a nail in the side wall of the tire I called and they then told me that they did not offer road hazard warranty and I would have to buy a new tire so I went somewhere else and purchased a tire I recently had the need to buy a tire for one of my other vehicles and I thought I would give them another try I called ordered the tires and asked them what time I needed to be there to be able to have the tire installed they told me that I could be there at 5pm which I preceded to ask if they were sure because that seemed very close to when they close none the less they said it would perfectly fine and plenty of time for them to change a singular tire so this evening I got off work two and a half hours early to make it to them but when I called to make sure my tire was there and told them that I would be there at the discussed time they informed me that I would not be able to get my tire installed that 30 minutes was not enough time to have it put on even tho they specifically told me that it was they proceeded to ask if I could come in the morning I work from 6am to most of the time 6pm and I had already taken off work to be there so if anyone reads this do not count on what they tell you

Holloway’s is by far the best place in Thomaston to take your car. They have the best turn over rate and you’re not waiting a week to get your car fixed. The staff is super friendly. And they just tell you how it is and get it fixed for you. I would recommend to anyone and if there is one bad review on here the people were probably just impatient. They’re gonna get you in as soon as the other car is leaving the bay!

We bought 4 new tires for my wife’s Yukon and they a great job, got it done in a few hours and called when ready to pickup the vehicle. Fair price and good service. all you can ask for. Best part is my wife said the tires ride great compared to the old ones.

I never write reviews but this was beyond ridiculous. If you are looking for a place that can tend to your car in a reasonable amount of time, this is most definitely not the place to go.
I went to get my brakes checked and had to wait SIX hours! I arrived at 8AM sharp and had to wait around all day long. I left my number and they said they would give me a call when they were ready to work on it. I sat in the parking lot for about three hours before deciding to grab lunch, which I informed the man at the desk and asked for confirmation that he would call me when the mechanic was ready. As you can imagine, he never called. The first time I was told that the man who would be working on my car was at lunch. I said ok. That’s fine. The second time I called the man said they had been looking for my car. LOL. You’re looking for my car but never called? Then, he goes on to say that he was putting tires on a car and would be another hour. I showed up 30 minutes later after the call and waited in the parking lot for the rest of the hour and 15 minutes. Just for other cars to keep being pulled in to be worked on. I had to ask if I should come back another day or what. I understand that there were other people ahead of me but this was just terrible customer service at its finest. I was fine with waiting in the beginning but six hours and no communication? Not one update. I have never been to an auto place that was so unorganized. It is clear that there is miscommunication between the front desk and the mechanics. If there are so many work orders, why even waste a customer’s time like you can get them that day? Keeping a schedule and workload order should not be that hard. Not everyone can leave their car at the mechanic’s leisure, unless he’s already working on and an unexpected problem comes up. Maybe, taking appointments would help more. It is painfully clear that they do not care for their customers.
Honestly, I just wanted someone to check my brakes. That was it ? if I could put zero stars, I would have.

One star because I can't give 0. I came in with my car who had 24 codes, and instead of FIXING IT knowing i have to drive to new york and back they told me to "stop wasting money and think about selling" I have a HONDA. I will never be coming back and will GLADLY drive to manchester who took my car and saved her! I wasted $45, bringing her here when I could have saved it and gave it to them. $1000 in repairs yall could have had. YALL SUCK!
NO! I will never understand why yall recommended it when all I needed was a water pump, new breaks, and a new hose because one was leaking, which was why my EVAP was going off. You just didn't want to do the work. I told you then I NEEDED it fixed and you ignored my request. It's a 2012 HONDA!!! I told you I couldn't afford to buy a brand new car, and it WASNT an option for me. If I wasn't told by yall and multiple other machanics to just ignore the evap sensor for years, my car wouldn't need all the repairs done. Stop scamming people and JUST FIX THE DAMN CARS!! I may be a female but I scanned the car and read ALL 24 codes and did research as you didn't even look at all the codes and even told me you didn't look at them you just cleared them and waited for it to happen again! My car wouldn't go past 20 because the leak got too bad in the hose, and it couldn't get power! Thankfully, now I have a REAL person who understands why I won't sell my car and actually takes the time to fix it. And truthful, I want my money back!!! I could have gone to advance and gotten all 24 codes cleared FOR FREE!!!! If you had just worked with me, you would have had a long-time customer because I live 4 blocks from yall. But you took one look at my car and automatically said she was not salvagable and didn't even try. If I was in a wreck, i would have understood, but it's not she just needed to be fixed. Now she runs great. Even better than when I bought her, and that is no thanks to you. You cleared the codes, ignored the problem, and made me have to drive it 45 minutes away for someone else to fix it, knowing I have a child I'm the full-time parent of.

Very dissatisfied!!! Would not even fool with ! Number one put me on hold for 30 mins should have been my sign . Put tires on my truck and did not put my front lug nut cover back and I picked it up after hrs so when I called them back he was rude and said I guess you must have lost it on the way home WTH you must not have put it on or on right . And when I paid they charged me 3percent for using a card could have mentioned that !!
