Giving 5 ⭐️ only because of Mrs. Teddi! She was and is amazing and there is no way this place would sell one vehicle if it wasn’t for her! We had been up several times looking for another vehicle and we finally found one we were ready to purchase. We showed up on a Saturday after calling to let them know we were on our way. When we got there Mrs. Teddi had a lady in her office so the insurance man gave us the key to go look at a few different cars just to be sure. The first vehicles battery was dead so we had to wait on him to jump it off. By the time the lady in Mrs. Teddi’s office was leaving and we were about to go talk with her and at least put a down payment down to hold the vehicle we had fallen in love with, the insurance man rudely comes out and tells us it is past 1 and they are closed and we can continue to look, but he needed the key and we would have to come back. We were absolutely insulted by this and knowing that this is not how Mrs. Teddi handles business. We left and again because of the previous experience we had with Mrs. Teddi we gave it another shot. When we came back the next Friday the vehicle we wanted was already sold. The insurance guy wouldn’t even acknowledge we were there until we spoke to him about if Mrs. Teddi was in the office that day. When she was available we told her about our experience and she was floored and apologized profusely and said he told her we were just looking and would come back. We picked and test drove a few vehicles and when none of them were what we wanted Mrs. Teddi said why don’t you test drive the Lincoln I think you will love it more than the Mazda you were looking at. We test drove it and fell in love since it was closing time we gave our down payment to hold the car and then due to our schedules Mrs. Teddi met us back up at the car lot when it was convenient for us and helped us be able to get a vehicle in time for our daughter 16th birthday! Mrs. Teddi is the reason Adams Motor is in business and I would highly recommend going to see her as she goes above and beyond for her customers! Thanks again Mrs. Teddi for being such a kind sweet soul and going above and beyond to make up for the previous experience we had with the insurance man. That was not your place, but you did it out of the kindness of your heart because that’s just the person you are! That is impossible to find at any car lot these days! You have a Diamond in your office! Hold on tight to her!

So my son Navottious Howe who had a review up here and it was removed HE WENT TO GET HIS TRUCK AND THIS VERY POST THAT WAS REMOVED GOT HIM IN TO A SITUATION. THE OWNER JOHN AND VERY RUDE AND TOLD HIM IN ORDER TO GEY HIS VEHICLE HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY IT OFF OR REMOVE THE POST. GUESS WHAT HE DID ? 1ST HE CALLED THE POLICE AND THEN CASHED HIM OUT HE WAS SO RUDE ABOUT THE SITUATION AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK HIS SWEET TIME AND AS I GOT READY TO LEAVE HIS WORKERS TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME TO MOVE THE OTHER VEHICLES FROM AROUND HIS.THE MECHANIC AND MY SON EVEN HAD A FEW WORDS HE WAS READY TO THROW DOWN BECAUSE THE SAFETY HE FELT FROM THE POLICE.
PLEASE I HOPE THIS HEART FELT POST REACHES EVERYONE IT NEEDS TO REACH BECAUSE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE &ALWAYS STAND FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN AND NEVER LET ANYONE CHANGE WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN . I’M SO GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THIS PLACE AS I WAS THERE OTHERS WERE COMING IN COMPLAINING ABOIT CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS AND ALL PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE .

I came all the way from Macon Georgia to purchase my car from Adana motors after driving around for hours trying to find the car I wanted thank god I found this lot Ms. Teddi help me with my process she even help me find good reasonable insurance companies she waited patiently with me as I did so I appreciate her service and kindness I’m happy now my birthday 2 days from now and I got myself a new car 2017 Honda accord sport ask for ms.teddi tell her I sent you

I just bought me a 2008 Lexus RX 350 at Adams motors and Teddy was great in helping me find the perfect vehicle for me. She was just friendly and very knowledgeable in every thing. I would recommend going there and ask for Teddy she will help you.

I don’t recommend this place. 0/10 . I haven’t had my car for a year & it’s broke down on me twice . They lied & said they put in a new battery . Teddi will make it seem like she’s helping you get a car but knows what’s wrong with the car & wont tell you .
