Working in this Post office as a RCA was Terrible would not recommend anyone to work here at this office only grantee one day of work if a regular carrier calls in and work every Saturday the Postmaster Cory Smith & The supervisor Wanda at the Office talks behind your back & doesn’t let you work in any type of peace especially the supervisor ( Wanda ) they lucky I couldn’t give zero stars !! Worst annoying supervisor and post master it’s all a joke that post office is a JOKE I see why they can’t keep people working at the post office now I don’t understand how they think anyone can make a living getting paid every two week only getting one day to work every two weeks only $400 every week ??? it’s cool for someone to work if they didn’t have nothing better to do or full time bills ? oh yeah they hate when people call in or leave they don’t care if it’s a emergency or not they get mad but need the help in there office ???♀️ this was the most weirdest post office I’ve ever worked in

Excellent customer service from Wanda! I mailed a package to my grandson and wrote the wrong address and it was delivered to a house that was being sold and was empty. They sent the carrier back to the house to retrieve my mistake and deliver it to the correct address. I had the tracking number and other identifying info from the package and they could match the addressee. They went out of their way to correct my mistake. I did not have any of the issues I see in these other reviews. Just the opposite. Thank you, Wanda for going the extra mile for us.

US Post Office.....aaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!Ordered a case for a PA mixer from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Then, I get a message that delivery was delayed for 3 weeks. Yesterday (delivery day) I get a slip in the mailbox that said I had to sign for the delivery. As the slip said, I signed it and wrote clearly on the back of the slip "Leave package on driveway".After waiting until noon today, I made a quick run to the grocery store. Get home, the mail had run but no package AND they took the slip. So....now I'm going to have to go to the post office tomorrow with no slip to claim the package. Also, conveniently you are not able to call the local Temple, GA post office on the phone. Called numerous times and the number is constantly busy.Aaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

I’ve only been there once, and so far, it’s pretty good. The staff are nice and professional. I got what I needed in such a short notice. Sounds like great service to me.

Got home around 5pm and there was a package laying in the middle of my driveway in the pouring rain! The box was absolutely soaked and practically falling apart when I picked it up. How hard is it to pull up the driveway and put it under something so it won’t get soaked by rain? Our mail usually gets delivered around noon so that’s potentially 5 hours that the package was sitting in the rain. Luckily the item inside was fine, but I would have definitely been filing a formal complaint if it wasn’t.

We've lived in Temple for 34 years and never had a problem with our postal workers. When I go inside the post office I've s been greeted very nicely and respectfully by the workers there.I personally want to say Thank you for your hard work and kindness.

I wanted to thank the post office for another Christmas without gifts. This makes the second year without Christmas gifts. Last year it was my gift that never made it. This year it was my wife's gift that got delivered to the wrong address. I thought FedEx was bad.

If I could give this USPS location ZERO stars I would. Heading to the post office now due to a missing package.. Not once but for the THIRD TIME in the past few months. These packages have all been over $100 and they continue to say they were delivered yet it was never delivered to my house. The post office clerks said the first 2 packages were delivered to the wrong address and can’t get it back because the people will not answer the door. Not sure how hard it is to read the correct address and the fact when you scan it I’m sure it pops up the address again. I’ve been out $200 now that they have lost the 2 previous packages and now this one that is $150. Something has to give. This house has been here for over 20 years. This is ridiculous especially since it hasn’t been just once but THREE TIMES NOW!! You’re dealing with not just packages but peoples money!!

Our mail lady seems to have an issue with us this time I got her on ring and security cameras never getting out to knock on door or blow the horn for a certified letter we was waiting on today I’m feed up with it it’s not the first time and most likely will not be the last 7/5/2022
