Always friendly helpfull staff. Always carry heavy items to our car for us. Private local owner. Beats the big box stores and keeps money local. Hometown feeling.

Horrible customer service. They ask if you need help then act annoyed when you ask questions. I spend a lot of money with Ace and will not be spending a dime at this location again. Carrollton Ace is always a good experience so if you need something from Ace go there. The store is also crowded as hell and unorganized.

I first want to say Ace is the place for all your needs. I regularly go to Ace for hardware. Every time in the store, I’m greeted with a smile and a question followed up with how can I help you or what can I help you find.
The atmosphere is so friendly. The store is very clean

They are selling damaged products. The trailer in their parking lot was damaged and replaced with a new one. They are selling all that damaged merchandise. They sold us an expired lawnmower battery and it is not cranking my lawn mower. They refuse to return it or exchange it. That's 99$ wasted. They also sold us a damaged weedeater and we pitched a fit to get a replacement. They are extremely rude and follow you around the store breathing down your neck. The whole store needs new staff, because they don't know anything about nothing. Getting in and out if the parking lot is a nightmare. Very unprofessional. They also sell stuff way higher than online price.
