Miss Amanda was nasty to not only me but, to her fellow co-workers (notably Jeannie) and to other customers. There were seven available showers showing in the app and inside the store. I purchased a shower outside the building, walked inside, ordered a sandwich from Wendy’s, no assignment, still seven showers available. Asked Jeannie for help, she said she couldn’t figure it out. She called Amanda for help. Amanda shows up mumbling and barking at customers in line to help themselves at self checkout. Even other customers who were behind me were concerned she had skipped over me. She came to the register and started punching angrily on the screen and mumbling to herself. Then she started shouting at me that it takes time. I explained everything I did BEFORE asking for help. She was still nasty and rude. If you don’t like helping customers, go get another job.

You can drive for 25 years and use pilot the whole time, 2500-3500 a week on fuel. Want to drop your trailer and go home? Not here. They don't gaf about you. D3ath to you

I would give less than 1 star if I could. My rating is based on their absolutely horrid customer service experience I had while using their ridiculous app. While attempting to use the app to purchase gas, it scanned the barcode but the pump wouldn't work. I canceled the transaction and moved to a different pump. It would only say to see the cashier. I knew I had money in the account but when I checked the first pump had placed a hold on all the money in the account! When I checked with the cashier they said would fall off in a few hours! Well, that was all I had so according to their logic I had to sit there until it fell off and there was nothing to be done. I called customer support twice hoping to get help, they said 3 to 5 days before it would come off. Nobody cared that I had to get to work, the attendants shrugged and the supervisor actually laughed at my situation. It is unbelievable that there is no way around dropping the hold on all the funds in my account or at least allow me to get some gas since there was a hold. It wasn't until a lady heard me explaining my situation and she bought me $10 worth of gas. Hands down the worst customer service experience EVER! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN! PILOT IS THE WORST EVER!

Too MANY dropped trailers!! I counted 14! The store and people are EXCELLENT!! They need to get together with a tow company that will take these dropped trailers! It's one thing if it's a reserved spot that someone paid for but this is ridiculous free storage and it's already hard enough to find a safe place to park!!

I had a bad experience yesterday. I traveled from Birmingham Al to this Pilot to redeem my scratch-offs. The first time I was told the lottery people were working on the machine. Cool, I grabbed some lunch and came back still couldn't get them redeemed because the cashiers couldn't log in. I was told to go across the street to a sister truck stop (Flying J). Got there and now the lottery people were over there and I was sent back to Pilot still couldn't buy or redeem tickets there. I was sent down the street to Marathon to get taken care of. I know it is not their fault, but I was very frustrated after traveling 2 hrs.

I want to be reimbursed for my parking last night March 28th 2024! I called to see if they had paid parking that said yes! The failed to tell me the showers were down it doesn't matter if it was a remodeling or no help! They never tell the drivers the truth! I want be reimbursed my 18.00 for Parking #1 I wouldn't of stopped if I knew or if Denise very nice person answered the phone should told me the showers were down I wouldn't went to another pilot/ flying j! As u know truckers time is governed by dot I wasted my time and money for parking who would pay for parking without getting a shower I will continue to call call corporate till I get reimbursed for my parking! Thank u in advance

Very great truck stop! Cashiers are very nice whenever you have time to speak, and the Wendy's inside is in my opinion one of the best. The inside is frequently clean but the restrooms could use some work. There are many accessories you can buy inside and overall a solid 8/10 truck stop!(Note: The weigh in station in my experience isn't amazing...)

There is a big sign for Taco Bell at this Pilot, but there is NO Taco Bell, only an open space where they're building one. Not a tragedy, but here is also no hot food *at all* at this Pilot, as they have turned off all their food machines and covered them due to the construction.I'm not so enamored of Taco Bell that missing it is such a disappointment, except for the bait and switch. "Hey, there's Taco Bell here! - I mean not really, but theres this partially frozen sandwich if you want it...?"Here's an idea, guys - put "coming soon" on the sign like everyone else.

The area is well lit and parking lot clean! We saw the local law enforcement riding through several times! The staff is very nice, clean and well informed! They are constantly working & cleaning to make the place better! A employee Mr. Ethan Tanner is amazing! Very Polite and professional!
