“This concierge-style pharmacy cares about my health and me as a person! I have never experienced the kindness, professionalism, warmth, and flexibility from a drug store in my entire life!I am in a time period where my medical providers are still sending my medications to another pharmacy, and Villa Rica Drugs calls them on my behalf to coordinate medication transfers.I have a mild disability that makes it difficult to manage my medications on my own. They offer a customizable pill package system, which can include over-the-counter supplements and prescription medications. I was unsure if the pill packaging system would work for me because I had never tried anything like it before.Upon my request, they allowed me to try this method of adaptive medication management free of charge for a week, with the understanding that if I chose to continue this specific service, I would pay the monthly service fee. I love this system and decided to continue it.The pill package system fee is $5.00 per month, and it does not include the cost of the actual medications. The specific lady who sets up the pill package system, named Jackie, called me on a Wednesday because she wanted to make sure that I wanted to continue with this program, and if she could make the system easier for me to use!My meds were not due for packaging at that point in time! She went the extra mile to discuss ways to fine-tune the service FOR ME, and to make sure that I did not have any new medications that needed to be added and how I am supposed to take them. They also offer free delivery to people who live in certain areas. As a financial comparison, try ordering one bottle of fish oil from Amazon without a subscription to Amazon Prime!”
“New and improved. While shopping there is a pleasure, paying for that pleasure is sometimes not as pleasurable lol. Their BOGO deals cannot be beat, but other than that some prices are just inflated for no reason, and significantly higher. Still a great looking new location and a very spacious store.”

“I love this place and the people who work there. They know me by name. They're always friendly. Answer all my questions. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. ?”
“They just need to have a better system alerting customers that one side of the doors is closed/locked!!! No one wants to park and walk all the way to the doors to then find out they are locked”

Their fill time seems the same as most places ive been to. They dont have alot of room back there so that could be the cause of some of the problems. I think most people just look for things to complain about, and when the find it they let the world know.”

Friendly staff and the shelves are stocked. Even the people who shop here are friendly. As a previous Publix deli employee in the second highest grossing store in Atlanta, I know how hard it is to work in retail and to please people. Some people will never be satisfied, no matter how hard you work to please them. If expensive frozen seafood is your biggest complaint in life, we all should be so lucky!”

She was friendly, funny, and just made me feel incredibly comfortable while being diagnosed. I have a primary care doctor but honestly may come here more often just because of Jade and how awesome she is at being a nurse!! Thank you, Jade. For being you!”

The pharmacy answers the phone in a very timely manner, they answer any of my questions regarding my medication, they’re nice as can be! I’ve actually made this my new cvs for my meditation to go to and it is closer to where I live! Nothing but good things to say about this cvs pharmacy!”

Definitely went above and beyond to assist me with an issue. Really appreciate her customer service. It’s been a tough day and she definitely made a difference.”
“Thomas (the pharmacist) and staff have always been very kind and helpful whenever I pick up or drop off meds, but the main reason for the five star review is a whole story which I will now tell.My three year old daughter got an infection from a tick bite. We took her to the emergency room over the weekend and the PA on duty prescribed an antibiotic that would clear up the infection and treat the bite. We usually always use Ingles pharmacy, but because of the late hour we went with CVS in Villa Rica since they are 24 hours and we were anxious to start on the medicine right away. After leaving the hospital we drove to CVS where we were informed they did not have the medicine in stock and would have to order it. It wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Two days we would have to wait to start our baby on the medicine she would need.So we waited.I called CVS pharmacy Monday morning, anxious to get the medicine, and was informed it would be in by 5:00 pm.So, I waited some more.I got to the pharmacy around 7:00 pm, after waiting in their drive thru line for about 30 minutes, only to be informed that they didn’t have the medicine…and not only that, but it had never been ordered…I asked “what should I do? My child needs this medicine to get better.”I was told to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock and shoved along.Of course Ingles was the first place I called. The tech was so kind, but informed me they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t probably have it in until Wednesday at the earliest. I told her I’d check a few more pharmacies, but would definitely call back to place the order if no one else had it in.I tried a couple of more pharmacies to no avail. No one had this medicine in stock. When I called Ingles back, Thomas answered, and after explaining a little bit of what I needed he asked if I had just called. When I said yes, he said that his tech had told him the situation and he had already placed the order for a generic brand of the same meds. He then went on to help me not only with transferring the prescription over, but ended up finding out the brand that was prescribed isn’t even manufactured anymore. Why the PA didn’t know this or why CVS didn’t take the time or put in the effort to find that out and let us know I guess will be a life long mystery for me. Thomas told me that the meds he ordered were a generic version of the brand prescribed and he would call the doctor in the morning to confirm the switch would be ok.The time that Thomas took to look into this and help me and talk me through everything (after the pharmacy had closed for the night I might add) helped me in more ways than one. I was so angry and stressed and confused and worried, and not only was he very helpful in the information provided, but the time and care he took into helping me meant so much. I am now a loyal customer and will not use any other pharmacy in town. I learned today that not all pharmacies are created equal.”
