Wonderful customer service from the young man at this location. Called about UHAUL but he was very respectful and even helped me find one even though they don’t do them anymore. Definitely recommend!

If I could give ASAP storage in Temple a negative amount of stars I would. I'm not sure if it's the owners or the employees that are responsible for such horrible behavior and rudeness. More importantly these people are crooks. At the moment they are trying to get us for $3k for supposedly hitting the key pad with a Uhaul rental.

Nice storage units, but be prepared to not have access after 9pm or before 7am!! Overall, staff is friendly and helpful and the units are clean and bug free.

Horrible. They will call you everyday telling you to make sure your lock is actually locked. Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional clothing attire and overall appearance of staff. Also if you attempt to move out on the day your payment is due they try to charge you the entire next month also. DO NOT STORE HERE!
