This isn’t my home post office, however I use it for 99% of my mailings for the simple fact if there is a issue more than not they will help. Unlike my main post office. Melanie usually is the one helping me . She is about as pleasant as it gets, her customer service is top notch. Famous words you always get from the post office is give it the weekend, give it a couple more days…. Melanie has NEVER said that to me. She has ALWAYS taken the time to look things up and inquire if needed. I appreciate her kindness and her willingness to help. She’s truly an example of what every person who works at a post office should be.

Taylorsville Post Office - the place where they get Amazon packages delivered and SIT on them! Honestly, Amazon tracking SHOWS US WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOU! Packages are dropped off around 4am every day, but they never get delivered until the next day! It's not like they are overwhelmed at this branch or anything, so all I can guess is that they are LAZY!

Best post office in Georgia! They make things so easy for small businesses. If I've ever got the weight wrong on a package, they allow me to pay the difference through PayPal (who i bought the label from) instead of drawing out the process, sending it back and me having to come in. Usually keep the same employees also which is a plus.. we haven't had a bad egg yet!

Have been a customer for over 20 years. Had lows with a certain postmaster but he's not there now. ? The staff there now do a terrific job a neighbor bring some of my mail that had been delivered to his house. It was CHECKS from the bank!!! Please be careful where you deliver my mail !!!!

Great staff .. the only bad thing is sometimes Atlanta doesn't get the mail to this post office until after 9:30 A.M or even 10... then it takes an hour to get assorted and put in boxes...
