The internet states closure time as 10 PM, however, I went tonight at 9:10pm and the worker had just closed and driving off. Correct the internet time or stay open as advertised! Poor customer service!!

This store has been used by me for 15 years. It’s always been wonderful until the past 3-4 months. When the old manager left, everything went downhill. I was told I had to pay to use coupons and now after spending over an hour in the store shopping and figuring up my digital coupons, I was told that I couldn’t use them there. Why do they have an app for digital coupons if we can’t use them? The old manager would have honored the price anyways. They don’t have signs up or anything saying that no coupons can be used, they let people waste their time and then act angry because I didn’t want to buy items that were advertised on sale and wouldn’t honor the price. I will NEVER step foot in another DG again, this store has ruined it for me. So sad seeing nice lived out here for 5 years and how wonderful they always were, now young bums that stay in the office or outside smoking and don’t know how to do their job have ruined it for everyone that lives out here. We drove by the other evening at 5 PM and the store was closed because no one would work! This one needs to be shut down. Illegally charge for coupons, nothing ever in stock.. and now they don’t honor prices or let people use the coupons they advertise. Never have any bags either, you have to carry your groceries out. I went and bought $1 trash bags a few weeks ago when I realized after. I had shopped that their were no bags and was asked if I was stealing bags that I had rang up and where I got them.. like they don’t sell trash bags! These employees are just repulsive, rude, and so hard to deal with. Sad that you can’t even go to the store to buy things you need to live without it being made into something outrageous and difficult.

Always loved this store until I went in and the worker refused to let me pay with my “government assistance”. She made sure to tell the entire store that I couldn’t pay with it. Very strange seeing every other dollar general in the country takes EBT and TANF.You work at dollar general lady, I promise you that you are no better than I am. Absolutely disgusted.

I don't know what it is about the majority of the Dollar General stores, the women are extremely RUDE and no good reason for it!! I spend a LOT of money in these stores. The only one that has nice women working is the one in Cedar Bluff, AL. Corporate needs to shape up on their hiring process and get some NICE employees. ZERO STARS for this store. Lady working this second shift needs an attitude adjustment! Ridiculous!!

This is my Dollar General i just live right down the road, its clean the Employees are very nice and offering to help u. They make u feel good, I shop there so much it's like home away from home.

Shopping carts were dirty, nothing to sanitize them with. Sign on a door says face masks are required, not one employee had a face mask on. When I ask why they said they don't have to!
