It stop to get out and walk around and use bathroom when I pass through, been clean , only bumper is lotto machine sometimes empty. Has a Taco BellInside too.

This is my second time at this Pilot and they were both uninentional. Had to stop for pit stops and gas on the way from Atlanta to Dallas and it had to be this gas station. Not your biggest Pilot Gas Station but it has everything you need -- it's also not as busy so you're able to get what you need and be in and out. I don't believe they have showers either so if you're looking for that, this place isn't it. There's also a Taco Bell right next to the gas station so if you need some quick grub, you're able to grab that as you go. I generally had a good experience here and mostly everyone is friendly considering it being a rural area. It's ironic how I stopped by here twice but I'm glad it wasn't an unpleasant experience.

I either slept at this location over night or stopped here for gas and to use the restroom during my trip from the west coast to GA and then from GA back to the west coast. I likely rested at 7-10 different locations and stopped at 15 or more overall and they generally are all the same. Some have cleaner restrooms than others. A few offer FREE coffee while others don't. Make sure that you ask before you just walk out with coffee. Don't assume like I almost did. Of all the Flying J's/Pilot's I stopped at there were two that I didn't feel too safe or comfortable at. One was in Alabama and the other one was in Vega, TX. Other than that, I'm thankful for the service this company provides travelers. I even took a shower at one of them and that was a nice experience.

this pilot # 312
has dirty bathroom and shower. when you need a receipt they give you one you can't read and refuse to hand write one. the morning staff is polite but at night they are rude. then with any problems they say its covids fault. so I guess covid can't clean, print a receipt, order napkins or be polite. covid sure is an easy scape goat. going to ask our boss to go to TA or Petro they are clean and polite.
