Such a wonderful CVS store. The Store Manager really makes everyone feel at home with the artistic paintings and the decor. Prices are always reasonable and the Employees are always kind.

Cvs in Tallapoosa are wonderful. Jeff the Pharmacist goes above and beyond to help. He always speaks so kind even when slammed with patients he is so kind. He will take the time to explain and make sure you understand your medication. I would reccomend CVS in Tallapoosa over any pharmacy. Thank you Cvs and Jeff for taking care of my needs and concerns.

Great place to use the restroom and load up on snacks or drinks before hitting the road again if you're coming in from Alabama or maybe Atlanta area like I was recently. The gentleman working the cash register this past Monday on January 30th was very pleasant. Not really another soul was in the entire store besides the pharmacy staff, so no issues with crowds or lines here at all, which seems to be the case at most CVS locations these days. Definitely would return here again stopping through when getting off 78 or 20.

Great service friendly drive through. Fast reliable and easy. Doesn't get any better than pickup at the drive through. Pick up your stuff without ever getting out of your car, if you need anything else that wasn't a prescription they will help you out and get it for you.

VERY slow drive through wait time. Took me 35 minutes and the only reason I didn’t go in was because I had the flu. There was only one car in front of me at the time

Most employees here are great. I have issues with a rude employee several times. I called 2 hours ahead and was assured prescriptions would be ready within the hour (1:15pm) at 3:15 PM go to pick them up they are not ready , it's going to be another hour. The Male employee says you have a lot of prescriptions that is why it's taking so long. I understand I have several scripts but 3 hours to fill them? 4 scripts BTW.
