Made a simple phone call to inquire as to the location of a package. A woman was very condescending and rude the entire conversation. Instead of USPS even trying (or looking) at the contact info which was listed on the shipping label (common sense would say: hey call and they can come get their package) they immediately shipped it right back out the door and it has some how become lost in transit on its way back to initial sender. I remember hearing USPS workers talk about cut backs, shorter hours, and even particular buildings closing out ... and you wonder why? ... Keep up the "good" work. UPS will pick up the slack though. Promise.
