Had my car in the shop they did not replace my rear shocks but charged me for the labor also I told them I had a bad wheel bearing and wanted it replaced... mechanic said it was all good but I broke down in Atlanta with the wheel bearing gone out....at that point I realized they did not replace my rear shocks on my car..I brought the car back to the shop mechanic swore that the new shocks were on the car(not)

It’s rare these days that you find a truly honest mechanic, tire service or auto repair. But……I feel really blessed today when I took my car to Singletary’s for brakes. When I picked up my car I was told there was no charge since they inspected the brakes and I didn’t need them.. The old ones were good with plenty of life on them. I can not imagine another servicetelling me that. They would have just installed the brakes and charged me. My sister had recommended them to me because of the excellent service she and her son had received there. Thanks Singletary and Sons. When I do need brakes and tires, your business will be the one I take it to.

Sister in law broke down with a flat tire. Came to change tire and stripped the lug nut and couldn't get it off. Not only did Singletary and sons advise me on how to get the stripped lug off, they let be borrow the tools needed to get the job done. I was able to put the spare on, and Singletary and son was able to sell us a tire and get the car back on the road. That is small town customer service, and that's what is gonna keep me coming back to them for my service needs.

Singletary’s is the only place I honestly trust!! If Mitchell puts his hands on it,he’s going to get it done and done for a fair price! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left one of our trucks up there thinking the worst and he will call me up and explain how he was able to fix it alot more reasonable than I had anticipated!! Almost every time! Now I know that isn’t always the case! But they try to make it that way if they can! They don’t just say whatever you want to hear and get you out of there as fast as possible! Instead they get the job done the right way and still in a timely manner! I will drive from wherever I’m at to have Mitch and his guys take a look at whatever the problem may be!! Got a truck up there right now! Same great customer service! Called yesterday with a list of things I need done to the wife’s truck! And they said bring it own!!! And I fully trust whatever they work on! And believe me they aren’t just some tire changer’s!! They have fixed everything from radiators to brake’s and everything in between! Good people to do business with!

We couldn't have found a better place for our car repair. Molly was kind, courteous, and professional---an absolute pleasure to work with. We were initially given a quote that our repair entailed the replacement of an entire component of the car; however, once he started the repair, Mitchell discovered there was actually no need to replace everything, just a leaky hose. For us, the cost was substantially less. That's the kind of honesty that you don't forget. I highly recommend Mitchell for his trustworthiness and integrity.
