After having just moved into a new home (similar size to last one), my utility 1st two bills have been twice the average cost that the previous owner paid. I've tried contacting Mitchell EMC, during my hectic work schedule, to address the issue as well as being faithful and timely with my payments. No resolution as of yet.

I enjoy being able to call and pay our weekly electricity bill. I also love to see the emails letting us know how much electricity we're using so we can better conserve it. However, there have been several times where our card information would not go in to the system properly and we had to repeat the information several times. We were notified that the problem was on their end and so far it has been fixed!

Another electrical service provider. Quite possibly my favorite I've dealt with as of yet. Office staff is friendly, service workers and linemen are incredibly talented and always get the job done, and the service price per kwh is reasonable enough. I can say with confidence that I'd recommend them.

I spoke with 3 representatives over the phone over a month ago asking about how to use their app. I didnt have a password to use and I didnt know how to login on the app. All 3 representatives either didnt know how to navigate the company website or didnt know how to navigate the app. They all kept tell me the same instructions of going to the New User tab which only asks you to login and I have no login information. 2 months later I finally found out about their paperless bill, which they have had for a while, and was finally able to access the app. This was ridiculous that 3 employees didnt know how to use the website or access the app.

the employees do what they are allowed but as a company they can bea pain in the rear. But you dont get to chose where to get power from.

If you want to pay your bill by debit card you have to do it by phone. Rather than just walk in and out. Some people are hard of hearing and can barely hear the instructions. Come on guys, how long does it take to swipe a card?
