On November 8th], I visited a Circle K location at approximately 5:40 PM EST to purchase gas for $25. Immediately after fueling, I noticed that the gas was leaking from the pump. Concerned, I promptly alerted the cashier, who came outside but did nothing to assist. Instead, she spent time on the phone without addressing the issue, leaving me to handle a dangerous situation alone.
At around 5:52 PM EST, the situation worsened. I had to deal with Lateria, an employee at this location, who not only gave me a hard time but also made a scene, all while being completely unhelpful. She was rude, confrontational, and argumentative—there was no attempt to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, she was eating noodles while on the clock, which is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
What was even more troubling was that Lateria's behavior took place in front of other customers, who witnessed her eating without paying for food. This added to the feeling of being mistreated and disrespected. To make matters worse, the store's phones were out of service, further complicating an already frustrating situation.
Additionally, the store's restrooms were in a deplorable condition. There were crack pipes on the floor, which is both unsafe and unsanitary. I was shocked by the overall state of this establishment and the complete lack of care from both the staff and management.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience and feel that this Circle K location requires immediate attention. I am not from the area, but I feel it is important to escalate this issue beyond the district leader as this young lady’s behavior was inexcusable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and urge Circle K’s executive team to take this matter seriously. This location’s failure to provide basic safety, hygiene, and customer service is unacceptable.

Stopped in to purchase a couple of Diet Dews. Most places are 3 for $3.33 or 2 for $4.00. Circle K 2 for $4.29.
Arrive at check out, and I found out I was a newly hired employee. I was asked to scan and pay using their payment system. Told the cashier "No Thank You, I don't work here.
I don't work for Wal-Mart, Wendy's, or Circle K. If Corporate America keeps this up, the $$$ I impulse spend will be saved.

Store never has anything in stock that she went on the game that they do, they never have the stuff that you can win some of the digital coupons you get online. Do you like that you save money on buying two packs of cigarettes that they take Marboro coupons and you get discounts on gas.Here recently, they have added two new employees to the Night Shift that are rude, will not take your coupons for cigarettes claim the manager says not to they staying in there and talk about not answering the phone to come to work on the weekend because they’re going to be shaking their butt on somebody’s man or they’re too busy talking on the phone to wait on a customer. These two were hired within the last month. I’ve had to speak to the manager tomorrow will be the second time within a week because of this the rudeness and the disrespect.. so until those two no longer work there I will not be going in to Circle K at night and I live next door for over four years…. If that’s the kind of people they’re gonna continue to hire Circle K will really go down fast..

I come here everyday and nothing is ever re stocked the coffee station the syrups are always empty, creamer always empty and when you ask if they have any or if their out the employees always have an attitude

If you have been in a Circle K pretty much the same as everyone I have been in. Very high prices but a good variety of items. But I guess you pay for convenience.
