Best tire shop around. Quick friendly professional service everytime. Staff always goes above and beyond to ensure the quality of service is top tier. I've seen the staff there still working 5+ hrs after closing to get customers their cars back as quickly as possible. The always go above and beyond doing inspections on the entirety of the car even on parts not being serviced to ensure that they prevent customers leaving with any hidden safety issues

Appointment was set for 1:00 to have 4 tires mounted balanced and aligned, the vehicle was dropped off 2 hrs later went back and only the front 2 tires had been changed at which time I inquired how much longer and was told that there was something wrong with the front and that an alignment may not be possible. I sent my husband in to handle the “broken part” but they couldn’t even tell him what was broken. 2 and a half hrs later my car finally come off the lift with no alignment and no one could tell us what was broken. There is no reason under the sun for it to take 2.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires when I know for a fact the car was pulled into the bay at 1:15. The lady in the office tried telling me they got a late start! Never again will I take my car to screven tire for anything!! If you want your time wasted they are the ones to do it!!

I was traveling for work and had what I believed to be an oil pressure sensor go out but was nervous it might be the pump. Screven Tire squeezed me in on a busy Friday and swapped out the sensor! Definitely a friendly and understanding group of folks and I’m grateful they helped me out of a jam. Thank you!

Started going here after I moved to Sylvania and every single time I have been impressed. Everyone in the shop has shown fast paced work, with a high degree of understanding for all problems I've thrown at them of varying degrees. They've done more work than I ever would have considered a tire shop to actually have done. From oil changes, to diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures. They stand as the best place in all of Sylvania for your maintenance needs and I highly recommend it to everyone I know

Second time in six months I was turned around from getting a oil changeWhich sucks because I been coming to the same place for 2 years. I use to be able to just walk in and get serviced right then and there, now it seems you have to book at least two weeks in advance.

Recently took truck in for front end service. Staff was friendly and professional. Went out of their way to make sure truck was safe to drive since additional work was needed another day. Very pleased with the installation of parts and alignment. Drives like a charm! Thanks for your excellent service.

One of the only places left around Sylvania that still serves walk ins.. Usually can get to your needs in a timely manner, and not have you without your ride for days at a time like the other places..good friendly service and knowledgeable staff..
