I have been looking for a car online for quite some time and it turned out that this dealership was on the shortlist of dealers with the car I was looking for. I got in touch with them and dealt with a very nice saleswoman named Brandi. Brandi was very helpful and worked well with me over the phone and she provided me with all the info that I requested on the car that I was looking at. She also declined to require a deposit from me to see the car which was a very nice gesture. Fast forward to the day that I travel to this dealer to see the car and I notice right away that the mileage on the car does not match the mileage that was advertised. It was off by over 1700 miles which raises a red flag. I was not going to make a big deal out of this however after meeting with Brandi she then referred me to talk with her manager. This is where everything started to go downhill. The manager first tried talking me into buying a $2000 warrantee and I told him I would consider buying a warrantee after we had figured out a selling price on the car. I made him an offer which he refused. He also refused to make me a counteroffer and refused to have any serious discussion with me on the price of the car. He was uncooperative and figured that he would be able to take advantage of me for having taken a special trip to see this car. No deal got made thanks to this douchebag and I walked away. I genuinely feel bad for Brandi as this guy is the reason she missed out on a sale. Hopefully Brandi either takes over this dealership or she works for a dealership that doesn't have sleazy management. She would be a huge asset elsewhere. Alienating customers is never a good idea.
