I asked Mrs Karen if she had anything in stock for my 9 month old to wear to his first pumpkin patch this weekend. She told me she didn’t because they don’t typically keep those things in stock (only special orders), but she INSISTED that I let her call Jamie so that she could make him one. Mrs Karen met me at the store the next morning (before they even opened!) on our way out of town”
